Every year, we have some students we call "gypsy." Such students move from one school to the other every several months.
Those students say, "A school is not useful to get a good record." Then they move from A school to B school. Then they start to say " This school has only bad students." Then they move to C school. They say, "This school has bad teachers."
Social Democratic Party and The Democratic Party of Japan always oppose the Japanese government. They never think themselves over.
Every single teacher knows we have such gipsy students every year. So I'm not surprised when I see them. "Well, again." That's all.
Sometimes rumors about them reach us and we know the result. They never know why they are badly off.
