猿田彦神社の境内にある、佐瑠女神社。
天宇受売命（あめのうずめ）がご祭神です。
In the grounds of Sarutahiko Shrine,
there is a shrine dedicated to Ameno-uzumeno-mikoto.
It's "Sarume Shrine."
この女神様は踊りの達人。
天照大御神が天の岩屋に隠れてしまったとき
とてもユニークな振付で岩屋の前で踊り、
その様子を見ていた他の神々が盛り上がって、
笑ったり拍手喝采したりと大騒ぎになったのです。
Ameno-uzumeno-mikoto is a Goddess, an expert of dancing.
When Amaterasu-omikami hid in a cave (Amano-iwaya),
she danced at the front of it with very amusing movements.
The audience was glad, laughed and clapped their hands loudly.
その笑い声を聞いた
天照大御神が「何ごとか」と顔を出した瞬間、
天手力男神（あめのたぢからお）が
天照大御神をひっぱりだしたのだそうです。
Amaterasu heard their voice and wondered
what happend, then she opened the door
and showed her face. At that time,
the God Ameno-tazikarao brought her out.
神紋は「舞鶴」。美しいです！
The crest for the shrine is a dancing crane, "Mai zuru".
It's so beautiful.
芸能の神様として有名で、
こちらには毎年多くの芸能人の方が
お参りに来るそうです。
そしてこの女神様は一説によると、
「人に注目されると、それを自分の
エネルギーに変えて、
より一層パワーを発揮する」
という力をお持ちとのこと。
Ameno-uzume is famous as a Goddess of public entertainment,
And I heard a lot of celebrities visit this shrine.
It is believed that this Goddess enjoys being in the limelight
and shows more and more of her ability.
実は昨年来、私も何度か、人前で力を発揮することが
必要な場面で動じることなく終えることができたので、
そのお礼を、今回は申し上げました。
・・・主にベリーダンスの発表会で、だったのですが。＾＾
なので、人前に出ると緊張してしまう、
という方もお参りするとよいかも知れません。
Actually, from last year, I sometimes
performed a belly dance in public.
Every time I could enjoy dancing without strain,
so I said thank you very much to the Goddess.
I recommend to praying to Ameno-uzume
if you are nervous in public.
天宇受売命は、
「たましずめ」・・・身体に魂がしっかりと入っている状態にし
明るく素直で豊かな心を持っていること
「たまふり」・・・・・魂を奮い立たせて、イキイキと若々しく
活動できること
の神様としても知られています。
Ameno-uzume is famous as a Goddess of
"Tama-shizume" and "Tama-furi".
Tama-shizume is to make your spirit enter your body
perfectly, then you will be cheerful, honest, and generous.
Tama-furi is to inspire your soul and you will be active and young.
こころと身体が調和することで、持てる力を余すことなく
発揮することができる。
魂が肉体にしっかりとおさまっていることは、
よりよい人生を生きるために本当に大事。
お参りするたび、そのことを肝に銘じます。
When you harmonize your spirit with your body,
you'll show your ability perfectly.
It's necessary for us to enjoy our lives.
Ameno-uzumeno-mikoto reminds me of that.

三重県伊勢市宇治浦田２－１－１０・・・HPへ
近鉄「宇治山田」駅前から「内宮前」行きバスか
「浦田町」行きバスで15分位。
「猿田彦神社前」バス停で降りてすぐ。
内宮前行きバスは、土日祝日の日中は
10分おき位にあって、便利です。
From "Ujiyamada Station" of Kintetsu line,
take the bus for"Naikuu-mae" or "Urata-cho".
It takes about 15 minutes.
Get off at the bus stop "Sarutahiko-jinjya-mae".
The bus for "Naikuu-mae" runs every 10 minutes
during the day time on the weekend.
