皆さんこんにちは
今回は平川市販の体験談をご紹介します。
若い頃は誰でも肉体的腕力の強さに憧れます。
私は16才から空手を始めました。
そして、納得出来る空手の師を求め25才まで職に就かず放浪して皆んなに馬鹿にされたものでした。
しかし、心の中では何の不安もなく空手を稽古していれば満足。
将来の事は何も考えていませんでした。
ところが、渡口政吉先生に出会ってから何もかもが変わりました。
出会いは不思議なものです。
それまでは結婚も考えた事もなく、アルバイトをしながらの毎日でした。
学ぶとは真似る事です。
弟子は師の良い事も悪い事も見ていますから、人の師になると言う事は簡単ではありません。
表面的な技だけではなく見えない部分生き方や精神は大切です。
恩師、渡口先生の空手の指導は、空手の技だけではなくて生活の中に生かす為でした。
先生の生き方の全てが空手でした。
一本芯が通り質素で、飾らない。
私も少しでも真似をしてでも近付きたい。
修行は死ぬまで続くでしょう。
本物の師に出会った事に感謝する毎日です。

When we are young, we all yearn for physical prowess.
I started karate at the age of 16.
I was jobless and wandered around until I was 25 years old, looking for a karate master that I could agree with and was ridiculed by everyone.
However, in my heart, I was satisfied with karate training without any worries.
I did not think about the future.
However, after meeting Mr. Masakichi Wataguchi, everything changed.
Encounters are mysterious things.
Until then, I had never thought about getting married and was working part-time every day.
To learn is to imitate.
It is not easy to be a teacher because a student sees both the good and the bad of his or her teacher.
It is not only about superficial skills, but also about the invisible aspects of life and spirit.
My teacher, Wataguchi Sensei, taught karate not only for karate techniques, but also to apply them in life.
Everything in his way of life was karate.
He was a simple, unadorned man with a single core.
I want to get closer to him, even if it means imitating him a little. My training will continue until I die.
Every day I am thankful that I have met a real master.
