ブロードウェイ・ミュージカル「DEAR・EVAN・HANSEN」が映画化され、日本で上映されてから数日立ちました。
僕自身はまだ2回観に行ったきりなので、感想はもう少し観てからにしようかと思っています。
さて、ブログやツイッターには多数の感想が投稿されおり、そのほとんどは一般の方の感想だと思います。
もちろん映画や演劇は僕たち一般人のためのものなので一般人から感想がたくさん出るのは喜ばしいことです。
ただ、演劇を観るプロという方々もいらっしゃいます。
英語でいうとCritic クリティック。 評論家の方はこのお芝居をどのように評したのでしょうか。
基本的にクリエイターは評論家を嫌います。
気持ちはわからないでもないですよね。自分たちの作品に勝手に文句をつけてくる連中です。
ただ、我々観客からすると、どのように作品を見るのかの水先案内をしてくれる人々でもあります。
評論家の意見に影響されすぎず、でも手がかりにすれば観劇はより深いものとなるでしょう。
