この子は、ホッキョクグマの「ユキオ君」です。
He was moved to "Kushiro zoo" in Hokkaido from "Ueno zoo" on the 10th of this month.
彼は、今月の１０日に、「上野動物園」から、北海道の「釧路動物園」に移動になったです。
On the 16th of last month, Dea came to Japan from “Zoo Safari Fasano” in Italy to marry “Yukio”.
先月の１６日に、イタリアの「ファザーノ・サファリ」から、デアちゃんが、ユキオ君のお嫁さんになるために、日本に来たです。
But Dea is 3 years old, and still a child.
でも、デアちゃんは3才で、まだ子供もです。
Polar bears become adults when they are 4 years old.
ホッキョクグマさんは、４才で大人になるです。
Because of that Yukio received an order to go to "Kushiro zoo" to have a baby.
なので、ユキオくんに、「釧路動物園」に行って、子づくりして来なさいって命令が下ったです。
There is “Tsuyoshi” the polar bear, in Kushiro zoo.
釧路動物園には、ホッキョクグマのツヨシちゃんがいるです。
“Tsuyoshi” is like a boy’s name, but she is an 8 year old girl.
ツヨシちゃんは、男の子みたいなお名前ですけど、８歳の女の子です。
She was named "Tsuyoshi" because she was mistaken for a male when she was a baby.
彼女が赤ちゃんの時に男の子と間違えられて、ツヨシってお名前が付けられたです。
Yukio was moved to Kushiro zoo to have a baby with Tsuyoshi by “Breeding loan” on 10th of this month.
ユキオ君は、ツヨシ君と子づくりするために、「ブリーディングローン」の契約で、４月１０日に、釧路動物園に移動になったです。
"Breeding loan" is the agreement that the zoos rent the animals each other for the animals' breeding.
「ブリーディングローン」とは、動物の繁殖の為に、動物園同士が、動物の貸し借りをする契約です。
Term of this agreement for Yukio is 3 years.
今回のユキオ君の契約期間は、３年です。
But if Yukio would be able to compatible with Tsuyoshi, then he may not return to "Ueno zoo".
でも、ユキオ君が、ツヨシちゃんと、仲良くできるなら、上野には戻って来ないかもしれないです。
Dea has been quarantined for medical inspection for a while.
デアちゃんは、検疫の為に、しばらく隔離されてたです。
She has been shown to the public since March 31st.
彼女は、３月３１日に、公開されたです。
She is really so cute.
すっごく、可愛いです。
But often the stereotypical behavior was seen in her.
でも、彼女には、常同行動が見られたです。
She just came to Japan, so she might be under stress.
日本にきたばっかで、ストレスを感じてるのかもしれないです。
Polar bears' new exhibit area in Ueno zoo was completed in October of last year, it took 2 years.
上野のホッキョクグマの新しい放飼場は、２年がかりで、去年の１０月に完成したです。
It has a small exhibit area and a large one, and she can use both of them.
小さい放飼場と、大きい放飼場があって、彼女は、両方使えるです。
There is a small pond and a grassy ground in the small exhibit area.
小さい放飼場には、草が生えた地面と、小さなお池があるです。
There is a fabulous and wide space and a deep and large pool in the large exhibit area.
大きい放飼場には、素敵な広い空間と、大きなプールがあるです。
But she has spent most of her time in the small area.
でも、彼女は、ほとんどの時間を小さい放飼場で過ごしているです。
She enters the small pond, but she never swim in large pool.
彼女は、小さいお池には入るけど、決してプールで泳がないです。

"Feeding of the polar bear" was always held from 10:30am, but for the time being, it will be held at irregular hour.
「ホッキョクグマのおやつ」は、いつも10:30～開催されてたですけど、しばらくの間、不定期な時間にやられるです。
