僕が体験したバリ(初めてのバリ旅行者必見)
HIS主催の格安ツアーでバリに行ってきました。
今回は皆が楽しく快適にバリを過ごすために、僕が体験した情報を元に注意事項を公開したいと思います。
1.バリに着いてすぐに
入国の審査を済ませ荷物受取所に行くと、空港係員風の人が親切ぶって日本語か英語で話しかけて来るので無視しましょう。また、その人達に荷物を持たせると大変な事になるので気を付けて下さい。僕の場合は、荷物を持たれ(頼んでも無いのに)空港内の換金所まで持っていかれ、強制的に換金を迫られました。しょうがないんで、1000円だけ換金しときました。その後、ずうずうしい事に、その係員風の男が荷物を持ったからチップで「1000円札か50000ルピア(約500円)欲しいと」を言ってきましたが、2000ルピア(約20円)だけ渡しました。
2.日本人を見ると親切に話しかけてくる人達に要注意
空港内・街中・裏路地様々な場所で日本人を見ると話しかけてくるので注意しましょう。下手すると観光ツアー等を申し込まされたり、お店に連れていかれ、ぼったくられる可能性大です。また、ぼったくる前に信用させるために「日本の芸能人に沢山知り合いがいる」等言って、合成写真を見せて来たりしてくる人達もいます。そういう人達にあったら注意しましょう。間違っても親切なひとだとか勘違いして付いて行くのは止めましょう。
3.ウブド芸術の村の絵画
お店を一件しか見ていないので分かりませんが、おそらくどこの店でも表示価格から6割り引きから8割り引きにはできます。僕は80ドルの絵画を値切って30ドルで買いました。また僕の学生時代からの連れは270ドルの絵画を70ドルで買っていました。
*買って後悔しましたw
4.タクシー
今回、10回ぐらいメータータクシー(ブルーバードタクシーがおススメ)に乗ったのですが、一度しか嫌な思いをしなかったので比較的安心かも知れません。女性だとどうかは分かりませんが。ちなみに間違ってもメーター無しのタクシーには乗らない様にしましょう。後、運転手がちゃんとメーターを動かしているかも確認しましょう。
5.旅行代理店のガイドさんが紹介してくれるお土産やさん
これが必ずしもぼったくりと言う分けではありませんが、ガイドさんもお客さんを紹介して紹介料を貰いたいので必死です。
6.ナンパ
僕が滞在していた場所が裏路地の安宿だったので、少しだけローカルの人と仲良くなって話しをしていたのですが、日本人の女性は軽いと思われているようです。気を付けましょう。
7.排ガスの島バリ
バリは全体的にバイクの交通量が信じられないほど多く、排ガスがスゴイです。一度もバリに居て、空気が美味しいと思いませんでした。
8.クタとレンボガンの海
クタのビーチは夕日がキレイですが、海水の透明度は悪いです…というか汚いです。レンボガン島の海はキレイですが、僕の個人的な意見として、沖縄の離島の海の方が遥かにキレイだと思います。
9.バクンサリホテル
ホテルの人達は皆良い人でしたが、上で述べた様な場所にあるので女の子にはおススメできません。
10.野良犬
バリには野良犬が沢山います。バリでは家やお店の前に毎朝食べ物を神様のためにお供えするのですが、そのおかげで沢山の野良犬たちが生きていけるようです。
11.朝市
朝市に並んでいる魚にはハエが大量にたかっています。きっとこの魚が僕たちの料理としても出されているはずです。
12.料理
バリのレストランでも様々なな国の料理を楽しめますが、日本のレストランの方が美味しいと個人的には思います。
13.最後までぼったくる
出国の手続きを終え、免税店のあるエリアで残ったお金を換金しましたが、換金のレシートには1600円
表示されているが、1500円しか渡さないといった感じで、最後までぼったくってきます。
本当に姑息な手を使ってくるので気を付けましょう。お金を受け取ったらその人の前でキチンと数えて
金額が正しい事を確認しましょう。
とまあ、悪い事ばかり描きましたが、近い内にまたバリに行くと思います。サーファーには最高の島ですから。豆知識ですが、バリでは、偶数は悪い数字とされているので、寺院などは下の写真の様に、ほとんど奇数で建てられているそうです。
ヌサドゥアやジンバラン等のリゾートエリアにも滞在して見たいな。おそらく全然違うんだろうな…。

I want to advise you the information I experienced to spend a wonderful time in Bali.
1.When you arrive at Bali
When you go to a baggage claim to take your baggage after you are admitted by a immigration officer, you must beware of guys who speak to you in English or Japanese. They look like an airport staff but they are not. I recommend you ignore them. In my case, he carried my baggage to a exchanger counter without my acceptance and forced to change yen into rupiah. I changed just 1000 yen into 103000 rupiah reluctantly. After that he said me to give 1000 yen or 50000 rupiah to him, so I gave just 2000 rupiah(about 20yen) to him.
2. Sometimes Balinese speak to Japanese but you should take care
You may be spoken by Balinese at an airport, town or a street in Bali but you should take care because they might want to cheat much money from you. Do not trust them even if they say that they have Japanese friends who are in the world of the entertainment with showing you composite photo. They will not be kind to you Do not follow with them or they will offer the local sight seeing tour.
3.A paiting of the art village of Ubudo
I guess that you can discount the price to 60～80% when you buy a picture. For instance, I bought a picture at 30$ which value the seller told was 80$. My friend bought a painting at 70$ by 75% discount from the original price, 270$. But we regret buying them.
4.A taxi
This time I take taxi 10 times but I feel that Bali's meter taxi better than I heard in Japan. (A blue bird taxi is most reliable in Bali) But you should not take a taxi which does not have a meter. I recommend you confirm a meter running when you ride on a meter taxi.
5.A guide of a travel agency may introduce you a gift shop
Although I do not recommend this kind of gift shop, it is up to you. A guide wants a charge so he/she is doing his/her best.
6.Pick up a girl
Most Balinese think that they can get Japanese girls easily. Take care.
7.Exhaust gas's island Bali
Motorcycles of the traffic density in Bali are unbelievable. Because we can see many motorcycles filled in a road so the air of Bari has much exhaust gas. I never thought that the air of Bali was fresh.
8.KUTA and Lembongan
You can see a beautiful sunset in KUTA beach but the visibility of the sea is very bad. The visibility of Lembongan's sea is beautiful but I think Okinawa's isolated island is much more beautiful than it.
9.Bakungsari Hotel
Hotel's staffs are friendly but I cannot recommend to stay here only girls due to the above stating at #6.
10.Homeless dog
There are many homeless dogs in Bali. Most people place foods in front of their houses and their shops for god every day. Many homeless dogs are living by eating them in Bali.
11.Morning market
There were many flies around fishes when I went to a morning market. I guess that some fishes like this must be served for us in a restaurant.
12.Food
Although we can enjoy international food in Bari, but I think the food served in Japan is much better than the food in most Bari's restaurant.
13.Try to swindle thoroughly
When I went through the passport control at the airport, I changed rupiah into yen at an exchanger in the area of duty free shops. The staff tried to swindle my money. I recommend you count your money by yourself as soon as you change.
I wrote many negative things about Bali but I will go there soon again because Bali is one of most famous surf's spot all over the world.
I want to stay at a resort area like Nusa dua and Jimbaran.
