Aiko is my name, and everyone arround me calls Aichan.
Ai means LOVE in English.
My parents named me with their hope that I could be a lady filled with love.
I love my name and I try to be a gentle lady.

私の名前は愛子です。
私の周囲の人達は皆、「愛ちゃん」と呼んでくれます。
愛とは、英語のLOVEを意味します。
私の両親は、私が将来、愛に満ちた女性になれるようにとの願いをこめて、この名前を命名してくれました。

It is now became very popular internationaly.
Edomaezushi which is EDO(Tokyo)style sushi ,
is traditional cuisine and, it is served with slices of fish on its top.
Younger people arrange sushi as western taste, for example, avocado & tuna.
寿司は代表的な日本食です。
現在では国際的にも人気が高 まりました。
江戸前寿司は東京のお寿司で、刺身が上に乗って出てきます。
若い人は西洋的にアレンジして、アボガド＆マグロで頂くこともあります。

We Japanese people really like FURO which is Japanese style bath.
We sometimes go to the local places to take a spring bath called ONSEN.
We do not enter the bathtub without washing our bodies outside the tub.
Because, whole family uses the same tub of hot water.
This is Japanese custom.
私達日本人は、日本式お風呂を愛しています。
時々、郊外に出て、地元の温泉につかります。
日本人は体を洗う前にバスタブ入りません。
なぜなら、家族揃って同じお風呂に入るからです。

is the day that the world war the second ended in Japan.
Japanese emperor conveyed with radio broadcast on August 15th in 1945.
Recently., Japanese people discuss about the matter that whetherJapanese Prime Minister should go to YASUKUNI shrine or not on Shusen-kinenbi.
終戦記念日とは、
第二次世界大戦が終わった日です。
1945年8月15日に、日本国天皇が、ラジオで終戦を国民に知らせました。
最近は、総理大臣が靖国神社に、終戦記念日に行くべきか否かを、
日本人は討論しています。

YUKATA is a cotton kimono without lining.
We wear YUKATA in summer, especially for the HANABITAIKAI which is a fire works display.
Lots of people are seen at HANABITAIKAI.

Hanabitaikai is a fireworks display.
We enjoy fireworks speacially in summer.
Japanese summer is very hot and humid, so this is an enjoyable amusement when people cannot sleep.
HANABI blooms beautifully in the night sky, and disappears with a pop.
花火はファイアワークスです。
夏に楽しむものです。
日本の夏は暑くて湿気があるので、眠れない時には楽しい娯楽になるのです。
