Ingredients:
1.2kg tomato
1kg prawn
3 garlic
some butter and whipping cream
Marinade:
Pinch of pepper, garlic salt, salt
1/2 tsp caltrop flour
Pinch of sugar
2 slice ginger
Method:
1.Shell prawn and remove intestine.Clean well. Marinade for 10 mins
2.Dice tomat.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger to fry well. Add tomato to cook over high heat. Add sugar to to cook for a while. Add water to cook for 15 mins over medium heat. Then 5 mins over low heat.
4.Heat butter. Add garlic and prawn to cook until medium rare.Add tomato to cook over medium heat. Add cream and season to taste with salt.
