Ingredients:
100g dried fish bait
1+1/2 cup rice
1+1/2 cup water
2-3 sliced ginger
1 tbsp pomelo miso sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Some chopped spring onion
Seasonings:
2 tbsp black vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ginger juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
1.Rinse rice and boil in rice cooker.
2.Pour seasonings into the pot. Boil until reaching boiling point. Add in rice and mix well. Cool down.
3.Rinse the dried fish bait and steam for 8 mins.
4.Bring oil to boil. Sautee ginger and dried fish bait. Then, add in pomelo miso sauce and soy sauce.
5.Put rice onto the bowl. Add in some dried small fish bait and sprinkle with some chopped spring onion. Ready to serve.
