
Ingredients:
2tbsp garlic slices
1/2cup chicken fillet
1/2cup carrot
2 bowl Japanese rice
1 egg
2tsp white sesame
1tbsp spring onion
Seasoning:
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp mirin
Rice wine & sesame oil
Method:
1.Add soy sauce & mirin, bit of rice wine & sesame oil to chicken fillet to marinate.
2.Shred carrot.
3.Heat oil. Add garlic slices to fry until fragrant. Add chicken fillet.Add carrot. Cover to cook for 2 mins.
4.Heat oil.Add egg.Add rice to stir fry well.
5.Add chicken, carrot, seasoning,spring onion & white sesame. Stir fry to mix well.Serve.
