
Ingredients:
Tamago Yaki:
4 egg
1/4 cup dashi stock
1tbsp plus 1tsp sugar
1tbsp mirin
1 avocadeo, cut out the core, diced
1 salmon, diced
3tbsp fish roe
1tbsp mayonnaise
Method:
1.Mix the tamago yaki ingredients. Brush oil in a square pan. Add 1/4 portion of egg. Cook until done. Move to the end of pan.
2.Brush oil. Add another 1/4 portion. Cook until done & move to the end again to roll. Repeat until the egg mixture used up. Roll with sushi bamboo mat to press well.
3.Mix fish roe with mayonnaise.
4.Cut tamago yaki into pieces. Add avocado & salmon on top. Garnish with fish roe to serve.
