It's a natural human experience.

So while the levels may vary, how you respond is a choice.

In fact, stress can be transformed into something positive by using the energy that it generates--the adrenaline rush--in a pro-active way.

In oreder to define stress, it's helpful to understand the difference between stress and worry. Worry is the negative thought process itself, while stress is the physical and emotional reaction to it.
