という文を見たり聞いたりしたことがありますか。
口語ではわりとよく使われます。
どういう意味でしょう。
get は多義語なので、状況によっては違う意味になることもありますが、
口語で
It gets me.
と言う場合は
それにやられる。揺り動かされる。
という意味の場合が多いです。

それが私を捕まえる。
（意味）
それにやられる。
揺り動かされる。
gets me
To make an individual emotional. Whether happy, angry, sad, et cetera.
Also known as gets to me. This is a vague term, so you will have to make a judgement call as to what emotion they are trying to convey.
