私達のプロフィールとして、教室方針をアップしておきたく
今日は、スッチが英語で書いてくれた事と私の訳を
書きたいと思います。
尚、私の訳は直訳ではありません。
英語はとてもストレートな表現が多い事があり、
直訳してしまうと、スッチが皆様に伝えたい事が
誤解して伝わるといけないので、
様々な事を考慮しての訳になります事
ご了承ください。

カナダ人講師でもある私は「アンジェ・トレインプロダクション」のオーナーであり、英会話教室「English Train」の経営者です。
生徒さんの受け入れに関する教室の方針は、私自身が
今までの経験に基づいて決めております。
お問い合わせいただく前に、私達が書いてきております
ブログをよく読んで頂きたくお願い致します。
そこにも書いておりますが、私達はサービスを提供する
教室ではなく、私達が考え出したコーチング方法を使い、
生徒さんをコーチングする教室になります。
お時間や費用などの条件も合って、
最初のお話合いでも同意を得られて始められた場合でも
以下のケースではお断りする事がございます。
生徒さん自身が学習を望んでいない事がわかった場合、
やる気が全く見られない場合、
私達のやり方と合わない場合、
態度が悪い・失礼な場合、
生徒さんが未成年者で、保護者さんとのコミュニケーションが
上手く取れない場合
です。
私達の教室に興味を持って頂いて

私達は１人１人の生徒さんと真剣に向き合い
それぞれのレベルに合わせ、目標に合わせて
それを達成できるためのプランを立てています。
ご入会当初の英語力は全く問いません。
英語に初めて触れるお子様や
大人の方でも「英語は苦手で話せないけど
話せるようになりたい」というビギナーの方でも
喜んでお受けしております。
私達が大切にしている事は、やる気です。
確実に英語力をアップしていくためには、
生徒さんの自宅学習もとても大事で、先生任せであったり
習われるご本人にやる気がない場合、
私達のコーチングスタイルでは難しい事は
ご了承ください。

I, Canadian coach at our school, am the owner of Ange・Train production and the director of English Train and has created the business policies regarding the acceptance of potential applicants, based on my experience.
Before sending us some inquiries, I would like you to please thoroughly check our blog concering the policy that our business is NOT a public service industry; it is a private organization that meets and accepts potentials for coaching, based on our own criteria.
I would also like to remind those interested that just because there may be times and slots available or even first meetings is sucessful, it does not mean the applicant, or new student is accepted into a custom program, if some individulas fall into following cases;
Students do not want to study English,
are not willing to study at home,
not responding well with our coaching style,
and are perceived as pushy, rude and aggressive.
When students are minor, if we cannot commnicate well with parents, it might be this case too.
