「その服は安い/高い」
The clothes are cheap/expensive(×low/high). （ちなみに、clothesは複数扱い）
「その服の値段は安い/高い」
The price of the clothes is low/high（×cheap/expensive)
「この服はあの服の半額だ/3分の1の額だ」
The price of these clothes is half(one-third) of those one.
These clothes are half as cheap as those one.
「この服はあの服の2倍の額だ」
The price of these clothes is twice the price of those one.
These clothes are twice as expensive as those one.
