中華レストラン
2009年、長い歴史を持つ外灘（バンド）に開業したザ・ペニンシュラ上海は、この地を象徴するリバーフロントプロムナードに位置する中国本土のおける旗艦ホテルです。
精緻なアールデコのインテリアと現代にふさわしい心地良さが自然なハーモニーを奏でており、ミシュランの星を獲得したレストランがあります。
絶品の広東料理とモダンにアレンジした中華料理レストラン「イーロンコート」。「ミシュランガイド上海2022」でミシュラン一つ星を獲得しました。
イー ロンコートでは、7つの広々とした個室を有しています。全室に有名な中国茶の名前が付けられています。各部屋にはそれぞれテー マが設けられており、色調、装飾、配置などがすべて異なっています。
写真は一般席とシェフズキッチンのモダンな個室です。モダンなイスが好きだったのですが、最近中国式のイスに変わっていました。

Yi Long Court, a restaurant serving exquisite Cantonese cuisine and modern Chinese dishes, earned one Michelin star in the “Michelin Guide Shanghai 2022.”
Yi Long Court features seven spacious private rooms, each named after a famous Chinese tea. Each room has its own theme, with distinct color schemes, decorations, and layouts.
The photo shows the modern private room with general seating and the chef's kitchen. I used to like the modern chairs, but they've recently been replaced with Chinese-style chairs.
