パリのエッセンスを効かせたインテリアは、優雅な雰囲気を醸し出す洗練されたデザインに仕上がっており、中国で唯一ピエール・ガニェールの名を掲げるレストラン、”コントワール・ピエール・ガニェール”はまさにフランスのブラッセリ－を思わせるカペラ上海のメインダイニングです。
レストランデザイナーは６７歳で亡くなってしまったジャヤ Pratomo イブラヒムさん。
朝食はこのレストランでいただきます。中華料理も選べます。
Capella Shanghai, Jian Ye Li is a one-of-a-kind luxury hotel that combines the traditions of old Shanghai with the sophistication of European taste and fine hospitality.
The restaurant is located in the building across from the front desk.
The Parisian-inspired interior has a sophisticated design that creates an elegant atmosphere, and "Comptoir Pierre Gagnaire," the only restaurant in China to bear the Pierre Gagnaire name, is the main dining room, reminiscent of a French brasserie.
