最上級のホテル暮らしを叶える長期滞在型「新江戸レジデンス」はホテルニューオータニ東京と同じ敷地内に建つニューオータニガーデンタワー内に新しいコンセプトで出来上がったレジデンス・イン・ホテル。
国内外の企業トップ達向けの都心のセカンドハウス、リフォーム中の仮住まい、受験期間中の滞在等巾広い用途にホテルライクな暮らしを実現するサービスアパートメントです。
1－洗面廻り。下部は車いす対応。
2－左側には飾棚。
3－棚板はガラスを用いました。
4－車椅子も入るように収納棚下部を空けました。
5－洗濯機上部にも棚を設けました。
6－水回りにアートを掛けました。
Shin-Edo Residence is a residence-in-hotel with a new concept, located in the New Otani Garden Tower on the same site as the Hotel New Otani Tokyo.
These serviced apartments offer hotel-like living for a wide range of uses, including second homes in the city for top executives from Japan and abroad, temporary housing during renovations, and stays during exam periods.
1-Around the washbasin. The lower part is wheelchair accessible.
2-On the left side is a display shelf.
3-The shelves are made of glass.
4-I opened the bottom of the storage shelf so that a wheelchair could fit in.
5-There is also a shelf at the top of the washing machine.
6-I hung art around the water.
