リノベーション～ビフォーアフター～
神戸元町にある中古マンションインテリア改装のビフォーアフターです。エントランス横に収納を設け、畳の部屋を洋室に変え、リビングと繋げ、リビングダイニングに変わりました。
キッチン、洗面、バスルーム等水回りを一新。
ノーブルなインテリアになりました。
This is a before and after of an interior renovation of a used apartment in Motomachi, Kobe.
A storage space was added next to the entrance, and the Tatami room was converted into a Western-style room and connected to the living room, turning it into a living and dining room.
The kitchen, washroom, and bathroom were completely redone.
The interior is now noble.
Before
１－広いエントランス。床は大理石。
2－畳の部屋。畳はかなり傷んでいます。
3－LDに入るドア。左側にキッチンが見えます。
After
１－エントランス。床のフローリングを一新。
２－エントランス横に作った収納。
３－リビングエリア。床暖房が入っています。
４－窓越しに神戸ポートタワーが見えます。
５－リビングからダイニングが見えます。
６－畳の部屋だったダイニング。
Before
1- Wide entrance. The floor is marble.
2-Tatami room. The tatami is quite damaged.
3-The door to the LD. You can see the kitchen on the left.
After
1-Entrance. The flooring has been renewed.
2 - Storage space by the entrance.
3-Living area.Floor heating is included.
4-Kobe Port Tower can be seen through the window.
5-The dining room can be seen from the living room.
6-Dining room used to be a tatami room.
