「昨日の話し合いに続いて」という背景が書かれています。
how we can incorporate ABC's requests
「どうしたらABC社の要望を取り入れられるか」となります。
incorporateは「要望や変更などを 取り入れる」
to the best of our abilityは
我々の能力のベストの方法で、ということで「できる限り最善の形で」となります。
そして今回のポイントの英文はこちらです。

取引をしたいという気持ちが全面的に出ている文ですね。これを読めばパブロも交渉に力が入りそうですね。

「よろしくお願いします」に相当する決まり文句です。
全体としては「できる限り条件を見直したのであとは頼みますよ!」というトーンのメールに仕上がっています。
今度はメールを受け取ったパブロが、その後の状況も含めてに返信します。まず最初に見積もりを作成していただいたお礼の文を入れようと思っています。
みなさんならどのように表現しますか？考えてみましょう。

Thank you for updating the quotation.
updateはこの場合、「更新する」という意味です。
この他にこんな表現をすることもできます。
Thank you for providing the updated quotation.
updated quotationは「更新された見積もり」という言い方です。

I'm thrilled to ～は I'm excited to ～と同様に嬉しい気持ちをストレートに表現するフレーズです。
最後の We appreciate your flexibility in accommodating ABC's requests.のaccommodateは「要望などを受け入れる」という意味です。
感謝の気持ちが込められています。リエもがんばった甲斐があったと思っているでしょうね。

Shibata: Jenny, what impression do you get from the words and phrases used in the first two sentences?
Jenny: "It was awesome catching up…". The word "awesome" gives off a vibe like "great" or "nice". It's a word commonly seen in internal chat tools. "Check it out" is also a phrase you wouldn't find in formal emails. It feels like Tom and Rie have an established relationship from their previous interactions.
gives off a vibe like ～のような空気感をだす、～オーラをだす、のような感じがする
Shibata: Yes, the tone is considerably more informal this time.
Have any questions?という投げかけ、フィードバックに対してI'm all ears.(じっくり聞きすよ)といったフレーズもリエと会話をしているようなひとことですね。
このメールのポイントは、全体的に会話調の表現が使われている、ということですね。
今度はリエがトムから来たXYZ社向け提案書に係るメールに対して返信をします。提案書送付のお礼を伝えた後、最後にこのビジネスに対する期待感を表す次の文で締めようとしています。
「XYZ社とのビジネスの可能性についてワクワクしています」
ではこの文はどんな風に言うことができるでしょうか?
Excited about the prospect of doing business with XYZ.
親しみを込めたトーンと言うことで、excitedの前に来るI'mが省略されていますが、もちろんI'm excitedと言ってもかまいません。
このほかにどんな表現があるでしょか。
Shibata: Could you provide us with an alternative sentence?
Jenny: Using the classic phrase "look forward to", you can express it as ―
Looking forward to the opportunity to engage in business with XYZ.
Shibata: Yes, classic but appropreate.

感謝と期待が伝わるメールですね。Did you get to go surfing again?の一文から、普段から仕事以外の話をしていることがわかります。
Shibata: Jenny, in addition to this, are there other parts where you can feel the closeness between the two?
Jenny: The casual tone such as "big thanks for sending" also indicates the closeness between the two.
Shibata: Using "big thanks" is something you typically do in exchanges with close colleagues.
