University has started again now and I am trying my hardest to write up the best CV possible for my favourite company >.< it's a little scary and I want to de-stress!
It's so busy already every day now but I just want to bake and bake !
I think perhaps I should try freezing the dough in batches! I'm scared to do it, but it would be wonderful if I could just defrost my favourite dough recipe 
!
I also want to try making bread with heavy flour! maybe I will make frocaccia 
! I'd like to take time to carefully decorate bread 
a new and fun way to make a beautiful painting? yes please ! 
The bread I baked last time complemented my photography practice nicely ! it was a great day 
I succeeded in baking delicious bread and taking a gorgeous picture heh 
Today we travelled to the neighbouring city to have 'one last day of freedom before my shoulders become stiff and my brain foggy!' lol ! but we walked soo much!
The tram stopped half way between where we needed to go. Usually it stops at one end, and you can slowly make your way up, first to rest and drink tea! then shopping a little~ then some lunch ! then the centre stores!!! then more tea!!! and we come back and grab crepes before we go home~ nah. We stopped half way between both, and ofcourse excited, so we go back and forth.... forth and back... back and forth again haha
well it was fun but the rain made it harder.
I like the large shopping centre but I get a little disorientated sometimes haha, one day I'll conqeur it for sure!!!! but that day will be a quieter one than today 
I was surprised to see so many people, I thought it must be a bank holiday but it wasn't ! lots of places closed early too 
not sure why~
My tutor called me relentless today too x) actually as I've been writing the CV I've been trying to think of that word for a while now ! so when she said that I was like 'THAT'S THE WORD!!!' haha
She said that no matter what has happened in my life, prior to studying and during study, that I've always found a way, sometimes aggressively tackling problems head on, and I completely agree. I think it's a great strength, but maybe it would come across differently on a CV? pushy? I'm very gentle and not pushy so I'm still hesitant to say it... but it's me to the T! If there's a problem I will find a way to solve it, I never give up ! Through all the adversities I've faced in life I've only become more and more determined! which is really something when you consider all of it.
I really hope I can be relentless when it comes to getting this job too !
