Brighton’s emerging rock band, PROJECTOR, has unveiled their much-anticipated debut album titled “NOW WHEN WE TALK IT’S VIOLENCE”, accompanied by the announcement of an upcoming tour across the UK and EU.
The album, characterized by its diverse range of musical influences, offers a blend of artful derangement, aggression, and catchy pop hooks, showcasing the band’s versatility and sonic adventurousness. Reflecting on the album’s themes, bassist-singer Lucy highlighted societal failures in communication, while guitarist-singer Edward hinted at themes of grief and raw emotions.
Recorded and produced independently at Lone Star Studio London, the band took a hands-on approach, with drummer Callum Marinho leading the production alongside longtime collaborator Ben Hampson.
