梅仕事！
昨年は6月まるまるマレーシアにいたので、諦めた梅仕事。
梅酒も梅干しもそろそろなくなります。
今年は減農薬の梅も手に入り、準備万端です。
5月に大三島にいた時に手に入れた無農薬のレモンでレモン酒も作りました。
出来上がりが楽しみです！
【Home made】
I make Ume-boshi and Ume-shu by meself.
Ume-boshi is pickled plum and Ume-shu is plum liquor.
We get Ume in June in Japan.
As I was in Malaysia last June, I didn’t make them.
But I can do it this year!
Because I got organic lemon, also I made lemon-shu, lemon liquor.
I’m looking forward to enjoying them!
