【鍋焼きラーメン】
高知市に戻ってきて、ランチはとさのさとで鍋焼きラーメン。
須崎市の名物ですが、最近では高知市内にあるとさのさとでも食べられるようになりました。
実は鍋焼きラーメンも初めて！
スープは、親鳥の鶏がら醤油ベースで、具は親鳥の肉、ねぎ、生卵、ちくわなど。そして、器は土鍋であり熱々の状態で提供されます。
派手さはなく、どこか懐かしい味の鍋焼きラーメン。
美味しかったです。
もちろん舌はやけどしましたが（笑）
【Local specialty】
Nabeyaki Ramen is a local ramen of Sasuki City in Kochi Prefecture.
But recently we can eat it in Kochi city.
The broth for nabeyaki ramen is made on a chicken and shoyu (soy sauce) base which, overall, is lighter than other types of ramen.
Additionally, the ramen is characterized by its strong umami. Usually, the main ingredients are chicken, shallots, raw egg and fish cakes.
It was my first time!
Although I burned my tongue because of hot, it was worth to eat!
