【新名所】
高知の友人で、いつもお泊まりさせて貰っているみきさんが連れて行ってくれた「にこ淵」。
車がないとなかなか行けない場所で、いつかチャンスがあったら行きたいと3年ほど思いを募らせていたあこがれの場所です。
にこ淵は仁淀川の支流にあたる「枝川川」にある、観光スポットです。
高知が「仁淀ブルー」推しを始めたここ数年、美しく幻想的なブルーが見られる場所として知られるようになりました。
太陽の光が注ぐ時間や季節による光の角度によって、1年を通して同じ青は見られないと言われるほど、様々な青を見ることができるのだそうです。
山奥で道も細く、さらに水神の化身とされる大蛇が棲む所という伝説が残っていて、地元の人にとって「神聖な場所」とされ、私が高知にいた頃には知る人ぞ知るという秘境だったようで、私も全然知りませんでした。
平日でしたが、バスなどで見学に来ていた観光客もいて、賑わっていました。
近くに土日しかやっていないカフェもあって、行ってみたいと思いましたが、きっと混雑するんだろうなぁ。。。

【Niko-Buchi】
Niko Buchi deep water is a waterfall basin where a mystical blue color can be seen depending on the time of day the sunlight comes in, and the angle and strength of the light.
Local people apparently never used to go near the basin because it was originally believed to have been the sacred place where a monster serpent, a manifestation of the god of water, lived.
I have wanted to get Niko Buchi for long time.
It’s difficult to go there without car.
This time my friend took me Niko Buchi.
