実家を建て替えたのは2013年。
東日本大震災のこともあったので、太陽光発電を設置しました。
当時の設置費用は200万円超え。
補助金は10万円ちょっと。
月々の売電は平均15000円くらい。
太陽光発電の耐用年数は約10年と言われています。
申請した時の売電価格は10年間で、以降は大幅に下がる予定で。
故障した時の修理費用や廃棄の費用は未知数。
当初から元を取ろうとは思っていません。
でも、わずかですが電力供給に協力できているし、日中のエアコン稼働も罪悪感が少し減ります。
