総武線平井駅近くの「やなか草」で食べたラーメン。スープはあっさりしている。ちぢれ麺だ。トッピングとしてネギを追加したが、こういうのは不要だといつも思う。麺とスープさえおいしければ、わたしは満足だからだ。メンマは自家製で、コクがありおいしい。
When I eat Chinese noodles, I only appreciate the tastes of noodles and soup. Toppings such as green onions, sliced grilled pork, seasoned bamboo shoots, bla, bla, bla, are not necessary to me. When noodle and soup are tasty, I am very much satisfied with the Chinese noodle.
わたしが店を出た後、「準備中」となった。店内内装は木を多く使用して雰囲気ＯＫなのだが、入り口横の室外機が外観をそこねている。
