Why are people born, and why must die?  People are born to eat this delicious sandwich, white bread, and before going to another world, people should eat this bread.  The texture is chewy and tender.  If this is spaghetti, I may express the texture is al dente.  The bread made by NOGAMI.

Don’t bake it, and just eat it as it is.  Of course, baked one is also good.

I also baked a piece with butter.

There are three principles when NOGAMI produces the bread:

① We never use eggs.

②  We use 100 % Canadian flour of the highest quality.

③  We stick to produce high-quality sandwich loaf to eat as it is;    not necessarily bake it.  Chefs carefully bake them one by one.
