Long ago, monsters inhabited this planet.They devoured animals, plants, and every other form of life—even farming them to ensure they never faced a food shortage.Not content with merely eating them, they treated living beings as playthings.They were truly monstrous—toying with life itself and discarding it like trash.That was the kind of existence they led.They crafted magical artifacts to sustain their lifestyle, blackening the skies, clouding the deep seas, turning mountains to ash, and fouling the air.They transformed the planet into a place where survival was a struggle for other living things.It was then that they began to war among themselves.A senseless conflict fought to secure the scarce land and water needed for survival—and to achieve total domination. Eventually, they drove themselves to extinction, and the planet became the beautiful world it is today.We have a name for those monsters—a name that is still spoken of to this day:"Humans."We must keep watch over the seed of humanity and crush it before they can emerge again.We must ensure that the same mistake is never repeated.
