とと姉ちゃんとあなたの暮し

　朝の連続テレビ小説、「とと姉ちゃん」の放送が終了しました。

Ｎ＊Ｋの受信料を払っているので、毎朝放送を見逃さず楽しみにしていました。
見逃した朝は昼か夜に再放送を見て、そして土曜日にもＢＳで
1週間分の再放送を見ていました。

　高畑充希さんファンの一人だからと思いますが、彼女の熱演は、
以前朝どらの「ごちそうさん」の脇役と一味違っていました。
今回ヒロイン（常子）だからセリフも多く大変だったと思います。
ごちそうさんの可愛い妹役からトト姉ちゃん役で女優の演技力も
一段とスキルＵＰしたに違いありません。

　さて今回も昭和初期から末にかけて戦時中のシーンがありました。
Ｎ＊Ｋの朝どらは、この時代背景に戦時中が多いので「また戦争の話か」と
少しうんざりする場面もありましたが、視聴者は高齢の方や戦争を知らない
若い人も多いので、戦争の恐ろしさを擬似体験するのも良いかと
思うところです。

その戦争では貧しい体験がドラマ構成を挽きたてている様です。
貧しい暮らしの中で、ねり歯磨き粉を考案して売ったり、着物から洋服を
仕立て直す方法を雑誌に書いて売ったりと、生活の糧を稼ぐために知恵を
働かすことです。
タイピストから編集社に転職し、自分で雑誌社を創刊する。

そして常子は一つの決意を固める。それは「女の人の、役に立つ雑誌」。

男性に負けない女性を演じた「とと姉ちゃん」がこのドラマの素晴らしいところです。
女性の目から見たドラマだから好感が持てたのでしょう。

 それから、商品試験を提案し、トースターや洗濯機など家電を消費者の視点で
細部に渡って試験し「あなたの暮し」雑誌を出版し続けたことです。

　製造会社と試験方法の是非や嫌がらせと言ったドラマ内容は、脚色として
興味ある話が盛りだくさんでセリフも専門的な事も多く有りました。
それで女優としてのセリフは大変だったと思います。

　また黒板を使って試験内容を書き出した場面は、今では多くの企業が
普通に行っていることですが、もう一度見習うべき事でしょう。

　その電気製品の商品試験は屋内や屋外、1年以上を想定した耐久試験でした。
多くの日数と作業員、費用とスケジュール管理し実施結果を出すのは大変です。

それは戦後の日用品や家電製品の品質向上に社会貢献したことが伺えます。

現在のＪＩＳ規格でも対応できていないことは多々あり、企業まかせになっています。
工業製品は1年保証ですが、その直後に故障する製品も多いのは事実です。
またその修理代は購入価格より高額なこともあります。
その多くは中国製などですが、日本企業でもいまだにリコール隠しがあります。
例えば、＊＊自動車会社のリコール隠しや燃費偽装はその1例でしょう。

　次に社員の多くは女性、主婦ということから、社内勤務体制改善の話がありました。
編集や校正などは在宅勤務も可能なので、子供の面倒など対応できる様にした点です。
当時では最先端の企業ということになります。現在でもＳＯＨＯを取り入れた企業は
少ないので、各企業の模範となれば幸いです。

　次に３姉妹が大きな一軒家に３世帯家族同居といった今で言う2～3世帯、シェアハウスの
話もありました。
　今の時代、少子高齢化なので理想的な暮らし方かもしれません。　
３姉妹だから３世帯家族同居ができたのでしょう。
３兄弟では３世帯家族同居は少し無理かもしれません。

「あなたの暮し」は「暮しの手帖」をモチーフにしています。今でも暮しの手帖社は
あります。そして2ヶ月毎にスポンサーなしで出版している様です。
今でも出版を継続していることは、並大抵の努力では無いと思います。
私も「暮しの手帖」のファンになりそうです。

就職活動と面接２

前回の続きです。就職活動をして
1社目面接まで行ったが不採用だった。
2社目は履歴表を送ったが面接無しで、これまた不採用。
3社目の面接でやっと採用されました。
面接では、あらかじめ仕事内容や給料など待遇について10件ほど質問内容を
準備しＱ＆Ａをした。分からないことは聞くべきと思ったからです。

4月から8月までの間、ハローワークに通い就職活動の日々は
少し長かった。

５０代の求人は、目ぼしい仕事が非常に少ない。前にも書いたが、
清掃業、介護スタッフ、福祉送迎ドライバー、ガソリンスタンド要員、アパートの家賃集金人、
交通誘導警備員、調理スタッフ、葬儀スタッフなど。
募集月で求人内容も日々変化しているが、常に福祉介護関係の求人が多い様です。

3社目の採用会社の仕事は屋外作業だった。

詳細は省くが、屋内作業と比べて天候に左右されることが多かった。
夏暑く（冬寒く）、晴天は直射日光で顔は真っ黒になった。
日焼け止めクリームを塗ったが、効果は如何程か不明だった？

屋外は日差しが非常に強い。
高齢者は紫外線で白内障になると聞いた。
よって、黄色レンズのサングラスで保護した。

また、帽子と長袖、タオルは必需品だった。

ただ歩行数が非常に多く、毎日1万歩を超えるほど歩き回った。
やはり夏場の屋外歩行は体にこたえる。
フルタイムでは無く、パートタイムなので6時間労働だったが
時間内は汗が滴るほど歩いた。

私としては数ヶ月働くつもりでいたが、2週間で退職した。
この2週間、私の為に仕事内容をＯＪＴしてくれた先輩方には申し訳ないと
思っている。
しかし、私が一人前になってから退職するのはもっと心苦しいと思い、
早々と白旗を揚げることにした。

でも、新しい仕事を経験した事は有意義だった。それは事実です。

今週が最後のハローワーク認定日になります。
今後は失業保険給付が切れ無収入となるが、就職活動はしないつもりです。
執筆しても売れないけど、作家として日々を送りたいと思っています。

やはり私は、屋内作業しかできない軟弱体質かもしれません。

I intended to work for a few months, but retired in two weeks.

However, I thought it would be more painful to retire after becoming a full-fledged person and decided to raise the white flag as soon as possible.

But it was meaningful to have experienced a new job. That is true.

This is the last Hello Work certification day.
In the future, the unemployment insurance benefits will be cut and there will be no income, but I will not do job hunting.
I can't sell it even if I write it, but I want to spend my days as a writer.

先日、報道番組で学校の教師の待遇について放送していました。
その番組を見て給料の安さと労働時間の多さに驚きを覚えました。

昔、私が中学生のころに見た将来の夢は、学校の先生になることでした。
それは、小学校でとても良い先生にめぐりあったからです。

しかし、当時は不景気で中学3年の時、普通科に行って大学を目指すか？
工業高校や商業高校に行って就職するか？選択を迷いました。
　私は母子家庭のため、経済的に大学は無理だろうと思い教員の道はあきらめ、
工業高校から就職の道を選択しました。
 

そして、Ｔ自動車株式会社に就職しました。
それから４０年間働き早期定年退社しました。
　正規社員として
　５０代で年収７～８００万円。
　労働は土日休み残業月20時間。
　年20日の有給休暇は完全消化。
給料と労働時間は、高卒としては世間よりかなり良い労働条件といえます。

上を見ればきりが無いが
大卒なら管理職で課長、部長に昇格し、年収２～３０００万円位。
役員なら数千万円はもらっているでしょう。
社長や会長なら億単位で一生使えない額ですが殆んど会社の資産でしょう。

下を見れば、派遣社員、請負社員の人も数多く年収２～３００万円でしょうか？　

労働時間に対しては、労働基準局の目が非常に厳しいので
会社と組合で取り組んで３６協定（労働基準法第３６条）遵守で無償残業撲滅。
社員によっては年３６０Ｈ残業を超える人も多くいますが、その際は許可が必要です。
よって、ブラック企業にはなっていない様です。

小学校教諭の平均年収：693万円　平均年齢　４４～４５歳
 給与：37万円＋ボーナス２回／年
　労働時間　8～11時間/日

（自宅でも採点など持帰り労働多し）

平均年齢は毎年高齢化に推移しています。
給与は、基本給＋４％＋通勤等各種手当。残業代が付かないのでボランティアです。
中学、高校の部活は、朝練と夕方練習、土日の試合で顧問の先生は残業代無し休み無し。
殆んどブラック企業状態です。

それでも先生に魅力を感じ、生徒指導を生きがいにできるのは、
生徒の笑顔と成長に感動できる職業だからでしょうか。

学校によっては、外部ボランティアのスポーツ指導を依頼する取り組みがあります。
例えば、高校野球の監督は選任でお願いしている事例も多いので、
他の部活も依頼し教員の労働時間を軽減させるべきでしょう。

もし金八先生になぜ教師をするのか聞いたなら、「お金じゃ無いですよ」と
答えるでしょう。
