就職活動と面接
ハローワークインターネットサービスのデータベースを事前に自宅のパソコンで検索、
就職希望を5社選択しハローワークで相談しました。

愛知県内＊＊市の就職先は、医療、福祉介護、飲食調理、営業、事務、工場内作業、
ガソリンスタンド管理、交通整理など気の効いた仕事は非常に少なく中小企業ばかり。
フルタイム、パートタイムで検索しても、時給700円から最高で1200円くらい。
フルタイムでも直ぐに正社員になれる募集は無い様です。
安倍総理は、有効求人倍率が２４年ぶりの高い水準と言ってますが、
その求人募集の内容をよく見るとがっかりするものばかりです。

とは言っても、就職活動をしないと失業保険の給付が受けられないので
5社の中から１つ選ぶこととし初回は＊＊事務所にしました。
その判断基準は、
１、フルタイム。
２、事務職と接客。
３、自宅から歩いていけるくらい近い距離で３０分以内。
しかし、その希望先は1人の募集に対し既に２人が応募しているそうで、
私が応募すると３人目になります。
多分、他の2人は私より若いはず・・・。
また、募集には男女雇用均等法により希望は性別の記載がありません。
まずは、初回就職活動ということで肩慣らし。
高校卒業以来４０年ぶりなので、社会人リタイヤ組の履歴書は何を書いたものか？
特技、取得資格、４０年間の仕事内容、就職希望動機など少し多く書きすぎた様です。
スピード写真を貼る際、５８歳の自分の顔を見てたぶん不合格だろうなと思ってしまう
自分がいることを感じました。
1週間後に面接案内が来て、指定日に面接を行いました。
面接で聞かれる内容は、予想していたことがほぼ聞かれました。
・なぜ、早期退職したのか？
・当社を希望した動機は？
・前の会社での業務は？
・事務職でのパソコン操作、電話と接客応対は？
・通勤の方法は、残業は、給料は、非正規社員として・・・は？
まあ、私が面接官でも「同じ事を聞くだろうな」と思いました。
その質疑応答について、始めは当たり障り無く答えていたのですが、
段々確信を突く質問になり、本音で答えることになりました。
後で思うと少し言い過ぎたかなと反省するところです。
その後、数日間。もし合格通知が来たら・・・。
就職するべきか？
断るべきか？
断るなら最もな理由を考えないといけないな・・・。迷う毎日でした。
そんな迷いも吹き飛ぶかの様に、不合格通知が届きました。
私が思う不合格の原因は、私よりも若い人が採用されたのではないかと。
だから、私の面接応対が悪かったとは思いたくないのです。
そして現在、2回目の就職活動をしているところです。
失業保険の給付を受けるために。

2. Office work and customer service.
3. Less than 30 minutes away from home.
However, it seems that two applicants have already applied for one recruitment,
and when I apply, it will be the third person.
Maybe the other two are younger than me ...

・ Why did you retire early?
・ What was your motivation for us?

・ How to commute, overtime, salary as non-regular employee?
Well, I thought that I would hear the same thing with an interviewer.
About the question and answer, at first I answered without any problems.
The question became more and more confident, and I decided to answer in earnest.
I'll reflect on the fact that I thought it was a bit overstated later.

Should I get a job?
Should I refuse?
If I refuse, I have to think about the best reason ... Every day was lost.
A notification of failure was received as if such a wonder was blown away.
I think the reason for the failure was that a younger person than me was hired.
That's why I don't want to think my interview was bad.
And now I am doing my second job search.
