　米国の大統領選挙は、ヒラリー・クリントンさん（民主党）とドナルド・トランプさん（共和党）が
出馬し、世界中の人達はクリントンさんが当選すると思っていました。

しかし、予想をくつがえしてトランプさんが大統領になりました。
その余波で日本の株価も当日は大幅安、翌日は買戻しされて乱高下しました。

そして、安倍総理も早々にトランプさんの所へゴルフドライバーを手土産に御機嫌伺いへ行く始末。
日本経済はどうなるのか？
ＴＰＰは無くなるのか？
為替レートは円安か？円高に向かうのか？
輸出企業は心配でしょう！

全米の各新聞、メディアはトランプ批判をしたが、米国の市民はトランプさんを支持。
（投票数ではクリントンが多く、選挙人獲得数ではトランプが多い）

これは、アメリカ国民の現行政治に対する批判だと思います。
いわゆる、浮動票がトランプさんに流れた結果でしょう。
民主党のオバマ政権は、無難な政治でしたが中間層の不満は解消できなかった。
チェンジを掲げたオバマ政権の民主党に失望したのでしょう。
しかし、議会共和党勢力の反対でオバマ政権が進まなかったことも事実なので、共和党を
信用して良いとは一概に言えません。

富裕層が富の半分以上を独占している。
（９８％の富を２％の富豪が所有する超格差社会）
中米からの不法移民が米国内の仕事を奪っている不満は、解消できていません。
クリントンさんでは、また現状と同じになってしまうと感じたのでしょう。
アメリカ国民の不満を代弁できる人「ドナルド・トランプ」に投票したのです。

私達日本人は、今後どう対処するのが良いか？
・ニュース報道やコメンテーターの意見を鵜呑みにしないこと。
・トランプ発言で株価が乱高下することが予想されるが、狼狽売りは避ける。
　しかし、株で儲けるチャンスでもある。
・為替レートは現在112円ですが100円以下に下がることが予想されます。
　またＴＰＰは廃案となり、輸出企業は関税面で不利となるでしょう。
・保護主義的な国益重視の政策が推定され、為替80円以下も有得ます。
　その時は、円を売ってドルを購入しましょう。（4年後にまた100円に戻ることを願って）

彼らの口車に乗って高額投資すると痛い目に会うと思っています。

　朝の連続テレビ小説、「とと姉ちゃん」の放送が終了しました。

Ｎ＊Ｋの受信料を払っているので、毎朝放送を見逃さず楽しみにしていました。
見逃した朝は昼か夜に再放送を見て、そして土曜日にもＢＳで
1週間分の再放送を見ていました。

　高畑充希さんファンの一人だからと思いますが、彼女の熱演は、
以前朝どらの「ごちそうさん」の脇役と一味違っていました。
今回ヒロイン（常子）だからセリフも多く大変だったと思います。
ごちそうさんの可愛い妹役からトト姉ちゃん役で女優の演技力も
一段とスキルＵＰしたに違いありません。

　さて今回も昭和初期から末にかけて戦時中のシーンがありました。
Ｎ＊Ｋの朝どらは、この時代背景に戦時中が多いので「また戦争の話か」と
少しうんざりする場面もありましたが、視聴者は高齢の方や戦争を知らない
若い人も多いので、戦争の恐ろしさを擬似体験するのも良いかと
思うところです。

その戦争では貧しい体験がドラマ構成を挽きたてている様です。
貧しい暮らしの中で、ねり歯磨き粉を考案して売ったり、着物から洋服を
仕立て直す方法を雑誌に書いて売ったりと、生活の糧を稼ぐために知恵を
働かすことです。
タイピストから編集社に転職し、自分で雑誌社を創刊する。

そして常子は一つの決意を固める。それは「女の人の、役に立つ雑誌」。

男性に負けない女性を演じた「とと姉ちゃん」がこのドラマの素晴らしいところです。
女性の目から見たドラマだから好感が持てたのでしょう。

 それから、商品試験を提案し、トースターや洗濯機など家電を消費者の視点で
細部に渡って試験し「あなたの暮し」雑誌を出版し続けたことです。

　製造会社と試験方法の是非や嫌がらせと言ったドラマ内容は、脚色として
興味ある話が盛りだくさんでセリフも専門的な事も多く有りました。
それで女優としてのセリフは大変だったと思います。

　また黒板を使って試験内容を書き出した場面は、今では多くの企業が
普通に行っていることですが、もう一度見習うべき事でしょう。

　その電気製品の商品試験は屋内や屋外、1年以上を想定した耐久試験でした。
多くの日数と作業員、費用とスケジュール管理し実施結果を出すのは大変です。

それは戦後の日用品や家電製品の品質向上に社会貢献したことが伺えます。

現在のＪＩＳ規格でも対応できていないことは多々あり、企業まかせになっています。
工業製品は1年保証ですが、その直後に故障する製品も多いのは事実です。
またその修理代は購入価格より高額なこともあります。
その多くは中国製などですが、日本企業でもいまだにリコール隠しがあります。
例えば、＊＊自動車会社のリコール隠しや燃費偽装はその1例でしょう。

　次に社員の多くは女性、主婦ということから、社内勤務体制改善の話がありました。
編集や校正などは在宅勤務も可能なので、子供の面倒など対応できる様にした点です。
当時では最先端の企業ということになります。現在でもＳＯＨＯを取り入れた企業は
少ないので、各企業の模範となれば幸いです。

　次に３姉妹が大きな一軒家に３世帯家族同居といった今で言う2～3世帯、シェアハウスの
話もありました。
　今の時代、少子高齢化なので理想的な暮らし方かもしれません。　
３姉妹だから３世帯家族同居ができたのでしょう。
３兄弟では３世帯家族同居は少し無理かもしれません。

「あなたの暮し」は「暮しの手帖」をモチーフにしています。今でも暮しの手帖社は
あります。そして2ヶ月毎にスポンサーなしで出版している様です。
今でも出版を継続していることは、並大抵の努力では無いと思います。

就職活動と面接２

前回の続きです。就職活動をして
1社目面接まで行ったが不採用だった。
2社目は履歴表を送ったが面接無しで、これまた不採用。
3社目の面接でやっと採用されました。
面接では、あらかじめ仕事内容や給料など待遇について10件ほど質問内容を
準備しＱ＆Ａをした。分からないことは聞くべきと思ったからです。

4月から8月までの間、ハローワークに通い就職活動の日々は
少し長かった。

５０代の求人は、目ぼしい仕事が非常に少ない。前にも書いたが、
清掃業、介護スタッフ、福祉送迎ドライバー、ガソリンスタンド要員、アパートの家賃集金人、
交通誘導警備員、調理スタッフ、葬儀スタッフなど。
募集月で求人内容も日々変化しているが、常に福祉介護関係の求人が多い様です。

3社目の採用会社の仕事は屋外作業だった。

詳細は省くが、屋内作業と比べて天候に左右されることが多かった。
夏暑く（冬寒く）、晴天は直射日光で顔は真っ黒になった。
日焼け止めクリームを塗ったが、効果は如何程か不明だった？

屋外は日差しが非常に強い。
高齢者は紫外線で白内障になると聞いた。
よって、黄色レンズのサングラスで保護した。
この色は、屋外でも書類を見ることが多いため
明るいレンズを選んだから。
また、帽子と長袖、タオルは必需品だった。

天気の悪い雨降りは、朝起きて空を見上げ雨なら休みだがお金にならない。
天気予報ニュースを見て雨予報でも曇りならとりあえず会社まで行く。

9月上旬から中旬までは天候が不安定だったので、毎朝天気予報と空を見上げていた。
それはそれで毎朝ストレス状態になっていた。

この会社の屋外作業は、仕事内容としてきつくはなかった。
ただ歩行数が非常に多く、毎日1万歩を超えるほど歩き回った。
やはり夏場の屋外歩行は体にこたえる。
フルタイムでは無く、パートタイムなので6時間労働だったが
時間内は汗が滴るほど歩いた。

私としては数ヶ月働くつもりでいたが、2週間で退職した。
この2週間、私の為に仕事内容をＯＪＴしてくれた先輩方には申し訳ないと
思っている。
しかし、私が一人前になってから退職するのはもっと心苦しいと思い、
早々と白旗を揚げることにした。

でも、新しい仕事を経験した事は有意義だった。それは事実です。

今週が最後のハローワーク認定日になります。
今後は失業保険給付が切れ無収入となるが、就職活動はしないつもりです。
執筆しても売れないけど、作家として日々を送りたいと思っています。

やはり私は、屋内作業しかできない軟弱体質かもしれません。

The job of the third recruiting company was outdoor work.

It was hot in the summer (cold in winter), the clear sky was in direct sunlight and the face turned black.

The sun is very strong outdoors.
I have heard that elderly people get cataracts with UV rays.
Therefore, it was protected with sunglasses with yellow lenses.

I chose a bright lens.
Hats, long sleeves and towels were essential items.

If the weather is bad, you get up in the morning and look up at the sky.
Go to the company for the time being if it is cloudy even after seeing the weather forecast news.

The weather was unstable from early September to mid-September, 
so I looked up at the weather forecast and the sky every morning.
It was so stressful every morning.

This company's outdoor work was not a hard job.
However, the number of walks was very large, and I walked around 10,000 steps every day.
After all, outdoor walking in the summer is responsive to the body.
It was not full time, but part time, so I worked 6 hours
I walked so much that I sweated in time.

I intended to work for a few months, but retired in two weeks.
I am sorry for the seniors who have OJTed my work for me for the last two weeks.
However, I thought it would be more painful to retire after becoming a full-fledged person and decided to raise the white flag as soon as possible.

But it was meaningful to have experienced a new job. That is true.

This is the last Hello Work certification day.
In the future, the unemployment insurance benefits will be cut and there will be no income, but I will not do job hunting.
I can't sell it even if I write it, but I want to spend my days as a writer.

After all I may be a weak constitution that can only work indoors.
