　羊と鋼と森の小説（宮下 奈都2015）を読みました。
映画　2018年6月8日（公開）は、DVD鑑賞したいと思います。

　この本はピアノ調律師（技能士）の青年の成長を描き、2016年・第13回本屋大賞を受賞したお話。
なぜ、羊（ひつじ）が出てくるのか疑問だったが、ピアノは弦（ピアノ線：鋼）を羊毛のハンマーで叩いて
音を出すと言うこと。森は大自然北海道の奏でる森の旋律。

　ギーターやバイオリン（弦楽器）、ピアノ（鍵盤、打弦楽器）などの音楽に興味はあっても、ピアノの構造を理解している人は少ないと思う。

また、ピアノの調律は年2回必要などまったく知らなかった。
ピアノの音階は「ラ」の音 (ピアノ鍵盤の４９番目）の440Hzを基準に調律する。

　ピアノは、室内温度や湿度に影響を受け、使用頻度や弦の錆び、緩み、可動部に積もる埃や汚れで
鍵盤とハンマーと弦を叩く音階のずれが起こるので調律が必要の様だ。
　ギーターやバイオリンなどは、使用後は弦を緩め使用前に演奏者が調律するが、
ピアノを演奏者が調律することは無いようです。
　また、鍵盤のタッチや遊び、硬さ、音の大きさ響きなどもピアノ毎に違うようで演奏家のレベル
に合せて調律、調整するのがプロの調律師の様です。

　家庭のピアノは、近所迷惑を考えて防音装置が有る部屋と無い部屋で調律調整が異なるようで、
またコンサート会場などのグランドピアノでは会場の隅々遠くまで行き渡る音量が出る様に調律調整が必要となる。
音響効果は会場によって異なるのでプロの調律師はピアノの設置にも気を配る必要がある。

お客の立場からすれば、ピアニストの演奏を主に見たい場合は、舞台に向かって左席に座り、音響を楽しむなら右席に座ることが良い。指定席では出来ないが、中央席付近なら両方を網羅できるだろう。

1級学科試験：7年以上の実務経験、又はピアノ調律に関する各種養成機関・学校を卒業・修了後5年以上の実務経験を有する者。
2級学科試験：2年以上の実務経験、又はピアノ調律に関する各種養成機関・学校を卒業・修了後1年以上の実務経験を有する者。
3級学科試験：1年以上の実務経験を有する、又はピアノ調律に関する各種養成機関・学校を卒業・修了した者。

　調律師の学校を卒業しても、個人でピアノ調律師として仕事でお金を稼ぐことは困難です。
ピアノの製造会社、ピアノ販売店、ピアノ修理会社などに就職し経験をつんではじめてプロになります。
3級のピアノ調律技能士はスタートと思って良いでしょう。

そして収入ですが、1回あたりの調律料金は1万円から。
月収にして20万円程度。固定客の獲得が必要です。
また高額収入を得るには、有名ピアニストの専属契約が必要でしょう。

　羊と鋼と森の小説の中では、双子の姉妹がピアニストと調律師を目指し、先輩の結婚披露宴で姉が弾くピアノを青年が調律する姿を描いてエンディングとしていました。
収入よりもピアニストとお客様に接する心と成長が読者を感動させる物語でした。

もし、続編があるなら青年が成長し日本と世界大会で調律師が活躍する物語を読んでみたい。

amazonとクレジットカード

　先日、amazonで商品を注文しました。
amazonは今回で３回目の注文です。

商品は、パソコン部品のグラフィックカード。

値段が安く（４，０００円程）、性能もそこそこ良いので迷わずクレジットカード決済をした。
そして注文後、１週間で自宅に届くはずだったが、一向に届かない。

amazonからは、発送済みメールが届く。
なおも製品アンケートメールが届く。

　しかしまだ、２週間しても自宅に部品が届かない。
商品が届かないのにアンケートメールを書ける訳が無い。
それで、amazonのフォームから発注メーカーに質問メールを送付した。

その結果、メーカーは中国企業で日本の税関で差し止めになって戻ってきたと返事がきた。
クレジットカードの決済日はまだ先なので、クレジットカード会社に
引き落としを中止してもらう様にできないか思案した。

そこでクレジットカード会社に電話したが、繋がらない。
　「ただいま、電話が大変混み合っていますのでしばらくお待ちください。」
５分。１０分。待つが繋がらない。

一度電話を切ってまた電話するが、５分。１０分。一向に繋がらない。
０１２０のフリーダイヤルならいつまでも待つが、0570大阪の電話だから待ち時間も電話代が高く待ってられない。
結局、その日（休日）は「イライラ」あきらめ。
翌日、平日なら繋がると思いまた電話するも
「ただいま、電話が大変混み合っていますのでしばらくお待ちください。」と繋がらない。
またも「イライラ」あきらめ。

しかたなく、クレジットカード会社のHPを調べてみたが、電話番号しかない。
メールアドレスが無いので、メールで要望を出すことが出来ない。
HPのあちこち探したが、決済予定内容は表示するが、支払停止の有効な手段は無い。

クレジットカードの停止は１日のみできる様だが、決済後の停止ができる様にはなっていない。

そして、約款を読んで支払停止は４万円以上でリボルビング払いでないと出来ないことがわかった。
第11条（支払停止の抗弁）
1回の商品購入に係る支払総額が4万円に満たないとき、お支払いを停止することはできません。

私はクレジットカードの約款を読んだことはなく、支払停止の抗弁と言う言葉を初めて知った。
つまり、４，０００円位では支払停止をすることは出来ないと言うことである。

そして決済日が来て口座から支払われた。
クレジットカード会社は「セゾン」だが、その他のカード会社も電話が繋がらないのだろうか？

また、クレジットカードの利益率は、３．７パーセントも有るから電話くらい
「０１２０のフリーダイヤルにして欲しい。」と思う。

　その後、amazonから返金予定メールが届いたが、このメールも配信専用でamazonに質問することは出来ない。

amazonのHPで配送情報確認や返品、交換も手続き方法は表示しているが、電話応対してくれない。
メールの質問や要望を出すことが出来ない。

amazonは事務効率をあげるため、カスタマーとの連絡をしないようである。

商品が無事に届いて、商品も問題ない場合は、amazonやクレジットカード会社に連絡することは無いが、問題が発生したとき、連絡対応がしずらいと困ってしまう。
かと言って、４万円以上の高額商品をネット購入、カード決済は勇気がいる。

amazonで購入やカード決済は便利だが、トラブルに陥ると無駄な時間を多く使うことになる。

また近年、１８歳以上は成人となりクレジットカードも使える様だが、クレジットカードトラブルを
経験する前に対処方法のスキルを習得する必要性がある。


今回のブログは、「イライラ感」で文章が乱暴になりました。あしからず。

第11条（支払停止の抗弁）
（1）本会員は、以下のような場合には、その原因が解消されるまでの間、その商品等についての弁済金等のお支払いを停止することができます。
①商品・権利の引き渡しやサービスの提供がなされないなどの場合。
②商品の破損、汚損、故障、又は商品・権利に何らかの欠陥がある場合。
③会員が商品購入により店舗に対し持っている権利に、社会通念上認められる原因がある場合。
（2）当社は、本会員から（1）の支払いの停止のお申し出があったときは、直ちに当社の定める手続きをいたします。
（3）（2）のお申し出のときは、問題解決のために店舗との交渉に努めていただきます。

Goods were ordered in amazon the other day.
amazon is the 3rd time of order this time.

Goods are a graphic card of the PC part.
The price is low (about 4000 yen),

Because a settlement date of a credit card is still a point.
In a credit card company.
It was considered whether it wasn't possible so that you might cancel withdrawal.

So I called a credit card company, but it doesn't connect.
"The telephone was very crowded just now, so please wait a moment."
5 minutes. 10 minutes. I wait, but it doesn't connect.
I disconnect the telephone once and call again.

I wait for the toll-free number of 0120 forever.

Here and there in HP, I looked for it.
The settlement schedule contents are indicated, but there are no effective means of
the payment stop.
A stop of a credit card seems done for only 1 day.
It isn't in order to suspend after a settlement.

A provision was read, and found out that you can't assume that a payment stop wasn't
more than 40,000 yen,and the revolving payment

Total payment which affects once of purchase of goods was filled in 40,000 yen, you
can't suspend payment.

The word called protestation of a payment stop,I knew for the first time.

In other words, it's said that it isn't possible to stop the payment for about 4000
yen.
A settlement date came, and it was paid from the account.

by card need the courage.

The purchase and the pay by card are convenient in amazon.
When I fall trouble, wasteful time will be used much.

More than 18 years old will be an adult in recent years, and they also seem able to
use a credit card.
