2024新年の地震
新年あけましておめでとうございます。
石川県で被災された方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。
東南海地震が３０年以内に起こると想定されていますが、今回は日本海側で1月1日に震度７の地震が発生し石川県珠洲市、輪島市は大災害となってしまいました。
倒壊した家屋や火災で多くの市民の方が避難所生活で苦労されています。
無くなった方も多く、1月27日現在236人死亡の報道がありました。
明日は我が身。
防災グッズを用意し、避難と避難生活できるよう準備する必要があると感じました。
火災の発生も多く、初期消火ではABC消火器の設置が必要です。
毎年新年には、非常用の水をポリタンク20L×２個を常備し定期交換しています。
またカレー、非常食の賞味期限を管理しローリングストックしています。
ガス、電気、水道が不通になっても困らない様に、ポータブル電源や固形燃料を用意しています。
3日分の備蓄を目安としていますが、長期の避難生活になると対応できないので心配です。

避難所生活では、貴重品の管理が重要です。
現金、通帳、実印、登記書類など倒壊した家屋の中に残したままでは不安です。
避難所に持参した時は盗難が心配です。
私は、登記書類を貸金庫で保管。通帳は自宅の金庫で保管していますが、
避難所では盗難に気を抜けません。
現金やクレジットカードなどは、常に持参する必要がありますが、
災害時の貴重品保管を事前に検討する必要があります。
災害時に空き巣の被害が増加していると聞きます。
また、高額の修繕を要求する詐欺業者もいる様です。
空き巣や詐欺の被害にあわない様に、心掛けが必要です。
事前に火災保険や地震保険、家財保険の金額を見直し、
高額な業者の修繕被害にあわない様にしましょう。
屋根瓦崩落や窓ガラス破損など応急修理の処置として、ブルーシートを
事前に購入して置くことを勧めます。
シートを抑えるレンガや接着テープ、ビニールひもなども必要です。
災害時にホームセンターが休みの場合が想定されるので、何が必要かシュミレーションを
して検討して下さい。
地震が無いにこしたことはありませんが、地震大国日本では、何処に大災害があっても
不思議ではありません。
親戚がいれば、一時避難先としてお願いしましょう。
築年数の古い木造住宅は、倒壊しても寝室だけはシェルーター化し、人命を守る補強を
することが望ましいといえます。

また海岸地域は津波に注意し、河川付近は洪水に注意し、山間部は土石流に注意する。
今までにダム決壊の事例は無いが、洪水には要注意と言える。
原発付近は、放射能やトリチウムなどの汚染物の被害に注意し、
化学工場から廃液が流出することも有るので、地下水や河川の飲料水も注意しなければならない。
道路が寸断され自動車で避難できなれば、歩いて移動する必要がある。
山間部なら夕方以降に歩くことが無い様にする。
雪と寒さ、暗闇と歩行時の怪我など２次災害に気を付けること。
石川県の震災を教訓とし、東南海地震に備える準備をしましょう。

Since home improvement stores may be closed during a disaster, please do a simulation and consider what you will need.
Nothing would be the same without earthquakes, but in Japan, an earthquake-prone country, it would not be surprising if a major disaster occurred anywhere.
If you have relatives, ask them to provide temporary shelter.
For older wooden houses, it is advisable to strengthen the bedrooms to protect people's lives even if they collapse.
