Direction of line slit creation

This time about the line slit’s direction

Since the cross section of a general “Hole- slit” is circular, there is no orientation.

However, the “Line- slit” is made with micro blade, the created pores look like lines.

When you create linear pores (Line-slit), the concept of direction is born.

Among them, the direction of the pores that have been traditionally made for about 20 years is the incision of the vertical section.

It is called Sagittal incision.

After that, a coronal incision, which is a horizontal section of incision, was performed, and which one is winning?

The discussion has been going on for a long time.

As I've written before, when the vertical incision has a narrower angle to penetrate the skin,

the angle is narrower, the bigger the actual incised area, and the area in the case of transverse incision is constant, and when looking from the front when two or three hairs are planted, it seems that more hair is growing than sagittal incision, but the drawback is there was a view that there is a high risk of cutting subcutaneous blood vessels.

However, I make an incision that matches the flow of hair, not a vertical or horizontal incision.

Since I could take an easy-to-understand image this time, I made each line slit in this,

I think I should have seen it.

How can you image which direction is the best for that hairs?

From the left, the Nagai-style original slit incision, the middle transverse incision, and the right side are the vertical incisions.

Intuitively, the Nagai-style original incision looks the most natural, and later vertical and horizontal incisions

It looks like a geometric pattern and feels artificial to me.

Even if it is troublesome, we will stick to the original.
