These two images are about 0.8mm × 0.1mm large line slit (linear pores)

I'm planting a single hair graft using two forceps.

But there is one difference.

There's only one difference, but it's actually a big difference.

Please think a little if you like.

The simple answer is

that the hand holding the forceps is reversed on the left and right.

If you look closely, the tips of the blue colored forceps are curved, and the tips of the silvery one are straight.

The basic method of grasping the transplant hair using the forceps is to use the straight tip one to gently grasp the hair just above the hair bulb.

Then hold tip angled forceps by the other left hand and open the fine pores of the line slit with this.

At that time, it is easier to actually observe the pores if the tip is angled.

In other words, it means that you are planting with a dominant hand holding a straight forceps.

It means that both right and left hands are used to plant according to the part that is easy to plant.

It may be ridiculous, but every single of surgery, I check with the left or right hand which one was planted faster and more accurately.

I use Lt hand for FUE at Rt occiptal area, slit-making at Lt recipient area and graft placing for Lt recipient area

The reason is just for natural result.
