下のようなメールが 突然 やってきた。
来週に 購買担当者が 辞めると言う。
そのお知らせである。

Today, I have to inform you that I am leaving my company and you will have new contact person.
Mr. AAAAA, Gereral Manager of SCM Division, is going to be in charge of business with you since next week.
So that you and Mr. AAAAA can continue our business smoothly, I would like to summarize what to do this year.
- Production for the year 2021
We has placed the purchase order They will arrive Tokyo or Yokohama .
- Order for the year 2022
The order amount will be discussed by each other in Summer or Fall when you visit Japan.
As I see it, the first shipment should be in the beginning of July. Can you please let us know the situation of the production and estimated departure date?
I guess that it is not easy to make the plan of the visit to Japan because of COVID-19, but if possible, please let us know, whether you are still willing to come to Japan in this summer.
I will be in the office until the end of next week.

まあ 今年の 受注は決定しているので 問題はないのだが 来年の 発注量 価格などは 新任の ロジの取締役が 担当するという。
一部上場の会社の それなりの地位の人が 辞めるとは 色々あるけれど この会社 数年前も 担当だった取締役の方が 辞めた。
多分 内部で 色々な 人事的な動きがあるのだろう。
当然 ドイツの会社から 私に事情を報告して というメールが 届いているのだが。
問題は コロナ禍で 簡単に 面接出来ない状態である。 緊急事態宣言で 会社自体が 訪問者を受け入れていない。
もう一方会社は 許可の元 受け入れているのだが。
多分 ７月になれば 受け入れを 認めるであろう。 その時点では 前担当者は 不在。
普通 引継ぎに 数ヶ月をかけると思う。 特に この状態では 時間を取るはずなのだが。
早速 メールで 連絡を取り ７月そうそう 訪問する事に。
その時点では 私は １回目の ワクチン接種は 終わっているはず。
でも 急な話で 社内 引継ぎも 発注状況だけ 後は 今度会った時に 話して という。
喧嘩別れ的な 事が起こったと思われる。
まあ 外資系なら 日常茶飯事ですが 上場会社では 珍しい事なんですが。
ドイツのメーカーの 取締役も 今の状態では 今年 日本訪問は 難しいだろう。 となると 私が 全て まとめる事になりそう。
今年の 年末は 忙しいと思う。 病気の件もあるので 大丈夫かなあ。
