3月5日の大怪我からもうすぐ4か月になります。
It will soon be four months since my serious injury on March 5th.
金曜日に、レントゲン写真を撮り、採血し、問題なしとの診断結果をいただきました。
On Friday I had an x-ray and blood taken and all came back fine.
ここのところ、自分勝手に筋トレも再開していたのですが、骨のずれもなく、なんとサーフィンの許可まで出ました♬
Recently, I started weight training again on my own, and there was no bone dislocation, so I was even given permission to go surfing again.
飛行機ももちろんOKで、福岡へも8/25のグループレッスンから出張を再開します。
Airplane travel is of course also OK, and business trips to Fukuoka will resume from the group lesson on August 25th.
楽しみでなりません😊
