今日はまず、左目の術後検査があり、担当医より"順調です"との結果報告をいただき、安堵しました。
First of all today, I had a post-operative examination on my left eye, and my doctor reported to me that the results were "going well," which was a relief.
裸眼でよく見えるようになりました。
It is now clearly visible to the naked eye.
術後のケアのために、1か月間は、外出時と就寝時に保護用の眼鏡をかけます。
As part of my post-operative care, I will wear protective glasses when I go out and sleep for one month.
来週は右目の手術になります。
I have surgery on my right eye next week.
次に大怪我をして損傷した肺の術後検査と抜糸に行きました。
Next I went for a post-operative check-up and stitches removal on my severely injured and damaged lung.
レントゲン、血液検査を経て、心配して待っていたところ、担当医から、"とても良いですね"との、結果報告をいただきました。
After an X-ray and blood test, I waited anxiously, and then my doctor told me the results were "very good."
その瞬間、泣きそうになりました。
At that moment, I almost cried.
復帰後のこの10日間、スタッフ、生徒さんに優しい言葉をかけていただきながら、コントロールして呼吸、発声ができたおかげです。
It is thanks to the kind words of the staff and students over the past 10 days since my return that I have been able to control my breathing and speech.
毎日1万歩のウォーキングで呼吸リハビリできたことも良かったです。
It was also helpful that I was able to undergo respiratory rehabilitation by walking 10,000 steps a day.
もちろんまだ完治ではなく、"引き続き、肺に強い圧がかからないようにしてください"と言われていますので、術後3か月間は気をつけながらボイストレーニングをしていきたいと思います。
Of course, I'm not fully recovered yet, and I've been told to "continue to avoid putting too much pressure on my lungs," so I'll be careful with my voice training for the next three months after the surgery.
呼吸→声帯振動→共鳴→調音→表現と、分離して声のブラッシュアップができるメソッドなので、不安はありません。
There is no need to worry, as this method allows you to improve your voice by separating the steps from breathing → vocal cord vibration → resonance → articulation → expression.
次の検査は1か月後です。
