前回は、めっさおもんないブログで
ごめんなさいでした。
I am very sorry about last blog,
I know it was boring,,,,
今回の旅はあんまり書くこともそんなにないんだけど、
I don’t have much things to write,,,
いや〜、なーんもしなかったなぁー
Cause, I didn’t do much!
義兄の奥さんが、それはできる人で、
ご飯から、子供達の面倒も見てくれるので
グダグダしまくりました
My sister-in-law is such a great person,
She cooks, clean, and take care of our kids!!
So, I didn’t have to do anything,
Lazy Lazy Lazy,,,
そりゃね、
野菜が食べたいなぁ〜
とか、
一人でテレビ見たいなぁ〜
とかはあったけど、
とっても楽しかった
Of course I missed eating vegetables,
Or watching movie by myself,
And so on,,,
But it was very relaxing vacation.
とりあえず、書きたいことの一つが
One of the few things that I wanted to write about is
旦那さんの妹にも会いに行ったこと。
We went to see my hubby’s younger sister.
妹は、三ヶ月前に赤ちゃんを産んだばっかりなので、
来れないことは知っていたんだけど、
She just had a baby like 3 months ago,
So we know she wasn’t coming.
お母さん達が来てすぐに
「んで？ローリー(妹)に会いに行かないの？」
なんて急にに聞いてきて、
Few days later my mother-in-law came,
She asked me a weird question.
“So, aren’t you going to see Lory(hubby’s sister)?”
「え？本当に？」(私)
“What? For real?” (Me)
「運転で6時間半ぐらいだし、
アンジー(義兄嫁)なら連れてってくれると思うよ。」(母)
“it only takes 6.5hours, and Angie would go with you for sure.”
(Mom)
なんていうもんだから、
「絶対に行きたい！」ってなって、
行ってきた。
I wasn’t planning at all,
But of course my answer is,
“Yes! I Have to go!!”
Then we went.
Just like that.
旦那さんは運転が嫌とかで行かなくて、
結局、お兄ちゃんと二人でキャンプに行くことに
My hubby didn’t come, instead, His brother and he went camping together.
血の繋がりのない、
私とアンジー、子供3人連れて、
すでに20時間以上車の中にいたのに、
また6時間半ドライブ
None of her relatives went, Angie, and kids and I went to see her.
子供達は、普段できないIPad とか、携帯のゲーム、
映画見放題で、一回も文句なし
(実際帰りの20時間ドライブも)
For kids, I thought that they would complain since we already had a long 20hour drive already, but they were enjoying stuff that they are so limited to use like iPad, phone games and watch endless movies.
アンジーとは、そんなに仲良しってほどでもなかったんだけど、
行きと帰りの車の中、
おしゃべりしっぱなし
While kids were enjoying whatever,
Angie and I talked, talked and talked.
お互い馴れ初めの話から
家族の文句(ちょっとだけね❤️)
子供のこととか沢山話した
Things from when we met, when we met hubbies,
Family and kids stuff.
やっぱり家族って色々あるけど、
アンジーがいて本当に良かったと思った
I know there are so many issues and crap,
But I’m really grateful that I have Angie as my family.
Not cause she cooks and watch our kids.
She is a real beautiful family that I have.
私のことは置いといて
旦那さんの家族はめっちゃ変わってて、
特に妹は、
本をかけるんじゃないか、っていうほど
面白い人生を送っている
I rather not talk about my family or me,
But yes, my hubby’s family is really different.
(Different is a really good word to describe his family.)
Especially, his sister Lory.
She should write about herself someday....
もちろん、すごい仲良し
義兄ちゃんとも仲良いけど、
妹が一番仲良いかもしれない
Of course I love her,
And we get a long really well.
I get along well with their brother,
but we are really good buddies.
酒飲んで、彼女の働いていたバーに忍び込んで
コミュニティセンターに子供達を連れてって
また飲んで
We got drunk, went to the bar where she used to work,
(wasn’t even open,)
We took kids to the community center,
And we drank again.
コロラドに帰ってきた
Then we came back to Colorado.
私って
Yeah,
いまを生きているな、
って思う。
I am really living in the moment.
本当に色々あるけど、
There is some stuff that I might not like.
旦那さんに会えて、
本当に良かった。
But I am so happy that I met my husband.
本当にラッキーだな、
って思う
I am a very lucky person.
(That sounds really like Japanese person wrote...)
