今日のM、とても元気だった。
楽しそうにしていたし、
この前までの調子の悪さから考えれば、随分良い感じだね。
薬が効いてるのかな？
ノリトレンは服用してから２週経過しているし、
ゆっくりと見極めていこうね。
のんびり、焦らずだね。
そして週末ゆっくりと過ごそうね♩
忙しい水曜日を乗り切ったM。
今日はすべてが良い一日だったようだ。
ミスもなく、しかも以前学んだ英会話も仕事中に使えたようで、
とてもうれしそうにしていたね笑
300いくらかの会計で、ダラー、って言ってしまったみたいで笑、
あまりに高くない？って突っ込まれたみたい笑
そりゃそうだよね笑。高すぎる笑
円です、って言い直して 、おつりはダラーで返したって笑
その他にも、普段なら調子悪くなってしまいそうなエピソードにも
笑っちゃうくらいに対応できたみたいだし、良かったよね笑
注意も必要だけど、ノリトレンが、
ほら、デパケンによってサポートされてるのかもね。

昨日のMは夜になって眼科に診察に行った。
ドライアイからくる目の痛み、とのことで、
もちろん心配だけど、大事ではないようで良かった。
そして昨夜からは僕の副業が再開。
夜遅くなるので、電話はできないかと思っていたけど、
Mもレンドルミンを飲んだけど、
2時間くらい眠ったところで起きてしまったようで、
深夜だったけど、話せたのがよかった。
まあ、レンドルミン飲んでるのに起きてしまったのは可哀想なのだけど。
僕の方は、疲れてるわ、電話はできるわで、テンションがあがってしまい、
逆に中々眠れなかったけど、気がついたら朝だった。
起きるのはそんなに辛くなかったけど、慣れが必要かなと思う。
それよりも寝違えたのか背中の筋が痛い！笑
しかもこういう時に限って整体がお休みなんだよね。
そんな訳で、今日はMが大変な日。
しかもお腹が痛いみたいで、本当に大変になっちゃうかもだけど、、、
お互いに頑張っていこうね。
（まあ僕は今日暇なんだけど笑）

デパケンは抗鬱剤の作用を助ける働きがある（横からサポートする）とも仰っていたらしい。
さらに、これから認知療法をはじめるMが、
購入した本の表紙を先生にみせると、あきらかにテンションがあがって、
「それです、それ！素晴らしい！」
「一日一ページでも読んで欲しい」
「まずは、自分が気にな る点だけでも一通り拾い読みするだけでもいいと思う」
と仰っていたという。先生が太鼓判を押すほどのいい本のようだ。
うん、いい本を買ったね、M！笑
と、まあそんな訳で紆余曲折あるのだけど、
一歩一歩進んでるのは間違いない。
薬の調節も少しずつ進んでるし、
M自身、認知療法に取り組む姿勢があるのが素晴らしい。
できることからゆっくり進めればいいしね。
