涼しくなってきたかな。
な〜んて
無理やり秋の気配を探しましたが、
越谷はまだ灼熱の夏でした（汗）

I tried to look for signs of autumn, but it have been still extremely hot day in Koshigaya.

今日は家族でお出かけ
撮影よりも
クタクタになったけど
心地よい疲れです。

I went out with my family today.
Even though I was more tired than taking photos, I am nice and tired.

ただ2本の鉄が
並行に伸びているだけなのに
旅情や郷愁を感じるのは
なぜだろう。
ずっと撮り続ければ
その理由がわかるのかな。

Why do we feel the emotions of travel and nostalgia when we find there are railroad which is just two line of iron.
If I keep taking photos of them, would I am able to find the reason.

明治39年、昭和8年、
そして2011年の東日本大震災と
3度の大津波に襲われた
八木漁港。
とてもキレイな風景ですが、
新たに建設された防潮堤よりも
海側に敷かれている線路は、
あまりにも無防備に見えました。
利用客が年々減少しつつある八戸線では、
高台を走る高架新線など
夢のまた夢。
列車はその運命を受入れるように
黙々と走り続けています。

In Meiji 39, Showa 8 and Heisei 23, the large tsunamis have hit Yagi Fishing Harbour three times.
Even though it is a very beautiful scenery, the railway laying on the seaward side of the new seawall looked too defenceless against disasters.
A new elevated line running on higher the ground is a pipe of dream on Hachinohe line where the number of passengers are decreasing year by year.
The train running silently looked as if accepting it's doom.

全国の天気を見て
青森県がいちばん晴れると判断。
というわけで
八戸線にやってきました。
真っ青な海と空。
いい１日になりました。

I checked the national weather forecast and judged that Aomori prefecture is the best weather in Japan.
So I came to Hachinohe line
The clear blue sky and the deep blue sea.
It was nice day for us.

鉄道撮影ツアーでした。
良いお天気に恵まれ
みんなで楽しく撮影しました。
またみんなで流し撮りにもチャレンジ
走ってきた貨物列車が遅かったので
ちょっとつかんで加速しました（笑）

It was the day of railway photo tour held by IGR Iwate Galaxy Express.
We met clear blue sky and enjoyed taking photos all day long.
And we tried to take panning shots.
The freight locomotive was running slowly so I picked it up with my fingers and accelerated it. lol
It was very enjoyable day so the time passed in a blink of my eyes.
