まるで桜の海を

渡るように走る列車。

ここは福島県の矢祭山です。

この美しい地名は、

はるか平安時代

凱旋の道中にこの地の景観に心を打たれた源義家が、

山中の洞穴に自ら弓矢を祀り、

未来永劫続く勝利を祈ったことに由来しているとか。

僕も洞窟にレンズを祀ろうかと思いましたが

もったいないのでやめました(笑)

It's like the train run in the middle of the sea of cherries.
It's the scenery of Mt.Yamatsuri in Fukushima pref.
I heard the name of this mountain comes from an ancient story.
Yoshiie Minamoto who were famous warlord in Heian period was impressed 

by the beautiful scenery on the way of returning in triumph to Kyoto.
He dedicated his bow and arrow to gods and prayed for victory forever in this mountain.
I thought to dedicate my lens to gods too... but I couldn't do such a waste. lol
