2017年の山陰は度重なる大雪で
大変な年になりました。
写真は雪のなかを走るサンライズ出雲号。
僕にしては珍しく編成写真ですね（笑）

It was the hard winter in Sanin area in 2017.
The subject is the Express "Sunrise-Izumo" which run through snowy weather.
That composition is rare for me. lol

塩狩峠を越えるキハ40。
スッキリと晴れているカットもありましたが
厳しい北海道の冬を感じられる
このカットを選びました。
大自然に逆らわずに黙々と走る列車。
旅情だなぁ。

It is the Kiha40 which run across Shiokari Pass.
There was the picture in clear and sunny situation.
But I chose this picture which showed us the hard situation of winter in Hokkaido.
The train run quietly without contradicting the nature.
It touches my travelar's emotion.

雄大な風景もいいけど
日常のなかに隠された
輝く瞬間を狙うのも
1日1鉄！の醍醐味。
通勤の乗客は
夕日を見て何を想うのでしょう？

I love magnificent scenery too.
But, to capture the emotional moment in daily life is one of the real pleasure of my blog.
I wonder, what the passenger in that car thought about when they saw the sun set.
