2006年 日高本線 東静内〜春立
サラブレットの里を
のんびりと走る日高本線。
北の桜が、遅い春を飾ります。
日高本線は2015年の高波被害により
長期運休が続いており、鵡川〜様似の廃止が
ほぼ決定的になっています。
このころはまさか廃止になるなんて
思っていなかったもんなぁ。

Hidaka Honsen across a thoroughbred-breeding center.
Northern cherry blossoms decorate late spring in Hokkaido.
Hidaka Honsen was damaged by heaving waves in 2015.
So it has been suspending operation still now.
And more, JR Hokkaido is going to abolish Mukawa～Samani section.
When I took this picture, it was just so beyond my imagination that...
2018年 上田電鉄 八木沢駅
2018年 北陸新幹線 長野新幹線車両センター
今日は2018年の今日から2枚。
早朝に撮影した北陸新幹線の基地と
上田電鉄のゆる〜い駅の風景。
北陸新幹線の基地も、上田電鉄の鉄橋も
令和元年東日本台風の河川氾濫によって
大きな被害を受け、
北陸新幹線は10編成120両が廃車になり
上田電鉄は千曲川橋りょうが崩落
現在も不通で、21年4月の復旧を目指しています。
こうしてみると
日本は災害の多い国なんだなぁと
実感してしまいます。
頑張れ！ニッポンの鉄道！
Yagisawa Station of Ueda Railway and Nagano Rolling Stock Base of Hokuriku Shinkansen in 2018 (Nagano pref)
Today, I chose 2 pictures which I took today in 2018.
First, Nagano Rolling Stock Base of Hokuriku Chinkansen which I took early in the morning.
Second is a peaceful scenery of a station of Ueda Railway.
The Rolling Stock Base of Hokuriku Shinkansen and the railroad bridge of Ueda Railway were devastated by the river flood of East Japan Heavy Typhoon in 2018.
As a result, 120 cars of Hokuriku Shinkansen were scrapped.
And the iron bridge of Ueda Railway collapsed and that has been cut off still now.
The city council announced that they will restore the railway on April 2021.
I re-acknowledged that there are many disasters in Japan.
Railways in Japan! Never give up!
