いよいよ富山駅で

路面電車が南北接続開業!

1枚目は岩瀬浜行きの一番列車で

2枚目は市内線行きの一番列車。

待ち望んだ開業に、

早朝の駅は熱気に包まれていました。

午後は富山大学で開催された

MoveUフォーラム講演会。

とっても盛り上がり、

路面電車の活用法や

路面電車を軸とした街づくりについて

じっくりと考える良い機会になりました。

富山港線から富山ライトレールになり、

それが市内線とつながることによって

市民の足としてさらなる活躍をはじめた

富山の路面電車。

全国のローカル線の再生の

モデルケースとして

輝き続けてほしいと思います。

Finally, the northern part and southern part of the railways of tram were connected at Toyama Station.
The first picture is the first train which was bound for Iwasehama and the second picture is the first train which was loop line in Toyama city.
As residences wanted that tram, Toyama Station was filled with excitement in spite of early in the morning.
And more, I had a lecture at Move U forum which was held in Toyama University in the afternoon.
We were excited to discuss about how to use tram to reinvigorate local economies and how to make good use of tram.
It was nice chance to think the future of the tram.
In the Past, Toyama-Kou Line was abolished and changed the name to Toyama Light Rail, and more, that was connected to Loop Line.
The tram changed and changed.
And now, it became more important part of transportation for Toyama residences.
I hope that the tram will continue to evolve the renovation model case of local loss-making railroads in Japan.
