As it was rained in the afternoon today, it was not very hot. So I took a walk for a while.
To tell the truth, as I had a giddiness 2 or 3 months ago, I stopped taking a walk. But now I don’t have any giddiness though I walk quite a long distance. Of course, I try not to do too much because I’m not young anymore. I still want to enjoy my life some more time especially enjoy nice foods like this.

It is raining all day today. Some people don’t like rainy days but it’s not bad to have a rainy day once in a while.
And moreover rain can cool down the heated streets. I feel much cooler than usual summer today.

There is a huge ancient tomb mound called Kawachi Otsukayama Kofun near my former house in Matsubara city.
It is the fifth largest in Japan.

With its shape of bird’s-eye view, it’s called key-hole shaped mound.
It’s believed it was made in the late of 6th century as a tomb for an unknown powerful king like an ancient emperor.

Until 100 years ago, some people had lived in the site.
In those days, there was a legend about a night-crying stone.
It is known that a cellar made of large stones is under the mound.

I understand if wind blows into the gaps of stones, it may make a sound like crying.

Now it is under control of Imperial household agency, so we are not allowed to enter it.
