今日7月7日は日本では七夕と呼ばれる行事があります。
It is said that two stars,a weaver and a cattleman were separated on the opposite sides of a river Milky Way by god because they fell in love and didn’t do their jobs as a weaver and as a cattleman.
織姫と牛飼いの彦星が恋に夢中になって
仕事を怠ったので神様に天の川の両岸に引き離されたのです。
They are allowed to meet once a year on July, 7th.
In our childhood, we were told to wish for them the wether would be fine and they could meet.
彼らは1年に一度だけ7月7日に会うことが許されるのです。
子どもの頃は、天気が晴れて二人が会えるように願ってあげなさい言われていました。
We decorate bamboo trees and write our wishes on a small piece of paper and tie it on the branches of bamboo trees.
I wrote “All my wishes come true!”
Isn’t it too greedy?
笹を飾って小さな紙に自分の願いを書いてその枝に結びます。
私は「私の全ての願いが叶いますように！」と書こうと思いましたが止めました。欲張りすぎたらダメですね。
