国連人権委員会から何回も人権蹂躙問題で警告を受けて居る日本政府ですが・・・

United Nations' Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights (OHCHR) has issued many warning against Japanese government for the human rights infringement cases in Japan:

Rape victims in Japan also need special consideration and protection as well as all Japanese weak minorities such as people with disabilities and all the other law-abiding citizens discriminated for various reasons, let alone the innocent prisoners trapped by the fake evidence against them.

A beautiful young person who was seriously considering a career in journalism met a certain TBS Washington Bureau Chief in New York while she was studying journalism and supporting herself by working at a bar.  He implied that he could provide her with a once-in-a-lifetime job opportunity and suggested that they should meet in Tokyo.  Naturally she expected to discuss further detail regarding the work permit for her to join his team as a producer if not an intern.  Then, she was drugged and raped.

She was understandably devastated by this atrocity and diabolical and blatant assault, and could not go out of bed for 5 days. Then, her brave heart finally took over her initial shock and physical illnesses due to the rape, she has started her tremendous fight against injustice.

Her story has been throughly investigated by New York Times' Tokyo Bureau Chief, and a production team for the BBC started to follow her difficult battle in order to improve the situation in Japan for rape victims amid the nasty abuse, harassment and slanders calling her a liar without any justifiable reason or evidence.

In the BBC Documentary, "Japan's Secret Shame", 4 important people attest the considerably poor situation in Japan with brilliant insight how to improve Japanese society to protect human rights:

Mr. Jake Aldertein is a criminal journalist covering crimes in Japan for Yomiuri Shimbun (which has a strong tie with Japan Times) and testifies that in Japan, once an arrest warrant is issued, the suspect IS arrested and investigated.  It never be shelved.  He also explains that in Japan, male sexual fantasy features raping a beautiful, young and weak victim begging to stop.  Moreover, there are gutter papers that blatantly promote sex industry listing the places where men can enjoy the best blow-jobs and whatnot.  And when a female victims report a rape, the police detectives that interview them are all male.
