アメリカ人はわき見が大好きだと思います。
今日も高速が渋滞していて、自然に解消。そういう時はほとんど対向車線での事故です。
日本でもわき見渋滞ってあるけど渋滞度合いが違う気がする・・・。
先日MSNに出てましたがわき見運転って"rubber-necking"って言うそうです。
直訳するとゴム首？うまい事いいますね。
I think the US drivers like their eyes off to see something while drive.
Whenever traffic accident happen, traffic is always bad even another way.
Same things happen in Japan, but It's not heavier than US.
For your information, the situation called "rubber-necking".
I think it is good expression, isn't it?
